great and clean place, very easy to access it, clear instructions, price is very fair. Facilities are good, room is good enough size, we stayed just one night but found it comfortable and with good access to the city centre, just 5-10 miuntes walk, depending on where you need to be. Also very quiet, which is always a plus
only 1 minor thing would be to add coffee (might be that we didn't find it)

It was clean and a new building
Location was not that great ! A bit scary neighbourhood ! Checkout at 11 am and no place offered to keep luggage’s :(
