Es un apartamento con dos habitaciones dobles, cocina, aseo y baño, y salón. Tiene una terraza enorme.
Las camas son muy grandes, y el colchón es cómodo.
Está situado a unos 15 minutos andando del centro.
Faltaba equipamiento, pues alquilado para 4 personas, solo había 3 platos llanos. No dispone de microondas, aunque dispone de lavavajillas y lavadora.
La limpieza dejaba que desear, encontramos varias tazas que tenían manchas de café, y el sofá tiene la tela sucia.
La wifi no nos funcionó pues no estaba la clave por ningún lado.
Lo alquilamos porque tenía parking propio, pero nos dijeron que estaba estropeado el ascensor de coches. Nos ofrecieron pagarnos un parking que hay al lado pero solo para la tarde noche del sábado, pues según nos dijeron el domingo era libre en la calle (o sea pretendían que sacáramos el coche del parking y buscáramos aparcamiento en la calle). Afortunadamente, al llegar salía un coche y pudimos aparcar en la calle, como ya eran las 20h del sábado era gratís.
