The apartment is well equipped with modern amenities. The fridge, microwave, oven & stove, washer/dryer (most important for us in choosing this place) look brand new and shiny.
The location is convenient for accessing the city center/Vitosha Blvd, and there is parking inside the courtyard (not on the street).
The apartment is located on the 7th floor of an building, with an elevator taking you up to the 6th floor. Unfortunately, the elevator broke down right after we checked in (luckily all our bags have been transported up by then). The owner was very responsive, but this was out of his control and he couldn’t get some professionals to fix it during our stay as it was a weekend. He gave us a discount and even carried our bags down the stairs when we checked out.

This appartment exceeded expectations and looked exactly as photographed. It was extremely well presented, very comfortable with very good facilities. The location is excellent to the main centre, city mall and more, all within walking distance. The host was super attentive and always ready to help and organise our taxi when departing.
