דירה נהדרת. חדישה מרווחת. יש בה כל מה שצריך. הדירה ממוקמת קרוב מאוד למדרחוב הראשי ולמרכז ההיסטורי, אבל היא שקטה לגמרי, המיטות היו נוחות. המקלחת הייתה נהדרת עם זרימת מיים טובה וחזקה. מאוד נהננו מהשהות בדירה. הבעלים הייה תמיד זמין. נענה לכל בקשה וניכר הייה שחשוב לו מאוד שהאורחים ירגישו בנוח. (הערה: הדירה מתאימה ל'שומרי שבת'. אין בעיה של הפעלת אלקטרוניקה בחדר המדרגות ובדירה. יש מפתחות מכניים. הדירה נמצאת כ 7-8 דקות הליכה מבית הכנסת הגדול. וכ 25 דקות מבית חב"ד בהליכה ישרה.
1. הדירה ממוקמת בקומה ראשונה ואין מעלית. 2. חדר המדרגות נראה מיושן. אם אין לכם בעיה להעלות את המזוודות קומה אחת , אז זו דירה ממש מצויינת.
