7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
The apartment was situated in good walking distance to various attractions and restaurants. The metro was nearby which was good to get around on. Close to Vitosha Boulevard - a central pedestrian hub.
Not well soundproofed. It is on a road that funnels a lot of traffic due to its proximity to Vitosha Boulevard making for a fair bit of noise at night as well as making it difficult to park when loading and unloading stuff. We were on 2nd floor and no lift so travelling with a baby and various items was quite an effort to get upstairs as no lift. Finishing a little tired.
