Parchevich 31 Center Apartment - 24h Self Check-in

Lovely spacious apartment in a central location. Only took us 15 minutes from the airport by taxi and the metro was only a short walk away. Very clean and well equipped and the host was great with communication and always quick to respond.

The only slight downfall was the lack of blankets as it was cooler in the evenings and there was only a top sheet on the beds.

Big, clean and cozy apartment in the center of Sofia. Really perfect for a visit to the city. Easy check in and out. We'll try to book it each time if we or our friends come to Sofia.

The apartment is located one block away from the buzzing Vitosha Boulevard which is full of life. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. The apartment was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is reachable via a small elevator. The check in and checkout went smoothly. The host was quite responsive and helpful.

There is just one AC in the living room and nothing in the 2 bedrooms. On a sunny day it is impossible to sleep in the bedrooms without an AC. Opening the windows does not help as there are days without breeze. The bedroom windows are towards the street and vehicles are too loud to leave the windows open.

It was a spacy and nice apartment and the location was great. Very close to the Center of Sofia which made it easy to get around.

In our first night when we should go to bed, the dobbel bed in the main bedroom broke down, so I had to sleep on the mattress on the floor. Since it was Easter they could not come to fix it before the next day, but we got an answer quickly. The next day they came and “fixed it”. The problem was that it broke down again when I sat down on the bed one more time! Ok. The following day they came and this time they repaired it. On our request they came with night lamps which was completely missing in the other bedroom. They also replaced some light 💡 bulbs that needed to be changed. So far we are good, but then we discovered something in the bathroom what appears to be mold along the wall/ceiling junction. We recommended them having someone take a look at it. Also in the roof around the windows in the bedrooms looked like it might be the same problem. Finally we found that there was some water leaking in the bathroom. We asked for a refund in the payment because of all the issues we had, but we never received any response to that.
