XLH2,2nd-Floor 1LDK , Sleeps 4 , No Elevator ,Easy Access to Shinjuku

Had a bed and a couch that folded out so my mom and I could sleep separately. Had a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle and sink. No counter space though. Also had a cupboard full of plates, bowls, cups and spoons for use. Had extra supplies in the cabinets and in the closet as well. The bathroom was small but useable, though me and my mom are both pretty short people, you might feel a bit cramped if you are tall. We went during late Jan early Feb so it was quite cold the heater worked well and kept us warm, hot water was a bit finicky. This place is abt 6 mins from the nearest bus stop and 15 mins walk from the nearest train/subway station. There is a supermarket near the train station exit you just gotta walk a bit. The owner also provided us instructions on how to get to the hostel from the airport. Owner was also very responsive when we would ask how to use stuff in the house. I'd say this place is good for 2-3 people. You could stay with a group of 4 but I think it might feel a bit cramped. Overall a good small place for 2-3 people provides lots of amenities No counter space A tiny bit far from the train station but rlly not that bad Owner is very responsive 8.7/10

Quite far from the nearest traim station. but not a major issue. Since in Japan, 400-500m walk going to station is very normal. Hope to put footmat in the bathroom and shower curtain. Quite slippery.
