    Shinjuku Ochiai Soluna White House is like a tiny house, nestled in a nice, peaceful and quiet neighbourhood area, away from the crowded part of Nakano. The staircases leading to the room, though high and steep, has a light sensor that would come on automatically when you stepped in into the property. The room is very clean, neat, proper, cosy, brightly lit and with complete amenities. Just nice for a couple to stay. The dry toilet and bathroom (shower/bathtub combi) are so clean and spacious. The bed, tv, dining table and chairs are all in the livingroom. The bed is wide and comfortable. Even if you have many of your things occupying the room, it doesn't really cramped up the space at all. We also saved a lot of money washing our clothes using the washing machine but there was no place to hang the clothes at all so we make do with what we have, since the washing machine has an airdry feature and the bathroom and aircon both have heating features. Overall, it had been a pleasant stay and we were happy having to come back to this place after every long, tiring trips that we had. Traveling wise, the nearest train station is in Ochiai. The station that is slightly farther away is Higashi-Nakano. Even nearer, is a bus service which is just 5mins walk away from the stay and it stops right behind Nakano Broadway. You can walk to and from Nakano Station/Nakano Broadway too, but it would take you 20-25mins. Cons: If you are bringing luggages, then good luck to you if you happened to book this place. It is still best to find a stay at the main station, for the convenience, unless you don't mind the long walk. The stay here is perfect but the staircases' space is very narrow and steep. You'll tire yourself, having to lug the luggages/heavy goods up and down the staircases or to and from the stay.

    No reply from property for multiple days. Wasn't given the password or info day of. "Luckily" my flight was delayed so they had an extra day to reply but still no reply until I was already on the train to the property and it caused a lot of stress being unsure if id be able to get in or if id need to book a new property and request a refund. If my plane had arrived on time I would have been screwed and have had to find another place for the night.
