Stay was good!

It was really nice and cozy. There was bar on the corner it was really nice! And the tourists attractions were super close.

The owner was impolite, and I had trouble finding the keys because the directions said to locate the second gate (I translated them from French), but there is only a place where one can park a bicycle. I called the number provided to get explicit directions, but the owner stated, "I can't help you; it's in the instructions." Are you unable to read?

Ubicación inmejorable

Apartamento cómodo y más que suficiente para dos personas. La ubicación es maravillosa, es de mis zonas favoritas de Marsella. Está muy bien equipado, el agua de la ducha sale caliente y con presión, todo estaba muy limpio. Pero en general, si el apartamento está disponible en mi próxima visita a Marsella, volvería.

Entra frío por el ventanal que hay en el techo, no está bien aislado por lo que poner el radiador no servirá para nada. La cerradura del portal es muy antigua, muy complicado entrar, tienes que tener mucha paciencia.

Es war sehr schlecht die heitzung hat kaum funktioniert es ist dauernd kalte Luft reingekommen von dem Fenster am Dach welches offen war. Ich habe mit Hose und Pullover unter 2 Decken schlafen müssen weil es so kalt war. Bin krank geworden. Nie wieder !

Le quartier, la place jouxtant la rue

La mauvaise odeur constante et les bougies parfumées vides pour tenter de la masquer , aucune luminosité, tâches d'humidité, bruit perpétuel de gouttes du chauffe eau, évier sdb tellement petit qu'on a du se laver les dents dans l'évier cuisine, studio non isolé, télé non fonctionnelle avec boîtier IPTV illegal, couette pas mise dans une housse, propriétaire demande de sortir les poubelles, Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Arnaque classique de proprietaire multiple dans le quartier qui vise le profit.

Monolocale piccolo ma molto ben organizzato. Ottima la posizione, comoda alle principali attrazioni.

Unico punto da migliorare: un abbaino che fa luce in camera la mattina presto.

idéal pour un wk à marseille !

Le studio est bien placé, quartier très joli. l’appartement est propre, nous avons bcp apprécié le petit détail de la bouteille d’eau fraîche au frigo à notre arrivée ! très bien pour un court passage à marseille.

il y fait très chaud, nous y étions en pleine canicule, évidemment le ft qu’il n’y ait pas de clim joue bcp mais nous étions au courant !

La ubicación por decir algo.

El apartamento no tiene ventana ni aire lo que hace imposible dormir en verano dentro. No se respira. No lo recomiendo para nada en verano. A la salida por dejar las llaves dentro del apartamento nos quisieron cobrar el coste del cerrajero.

A fuir en été !

Le studio est sympathique mais sans plus

L'appartement n'est pas adapté du tout pour un séjour en été. J'ai cru mourir étouffé. A vrai dire j'ai somnolé avec le ventilateur sur mon visage. Un vrai cauchemar ! J'avais réservé 2 nuits et finalement j'ai fui!

logement rénové avec goût, propre et fonctionnel, proche du quartier du panier, du vieux port et du musem.

beaucoup de bruit de voisinage la nuit (à priori, proximité d'une terrasse ou les voisins parlent fort jusque tard dans la nuit).

J’ai beaucoup aimé le quartier. Très jolie studio.

La connexion internet très faible impossible de regarder la télévision. Nous avons certainement oublié un bijou sur place, malgré mon message au propriétaire aucune réponse… c’est dommage

Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié pour : Pas de télé pas de connexion pas de glace ds la salle de bain placard vaisselle trop haut porte d entrée très difficile à ouvrir fraiseur qui ne refroidit pas dommage lit un peu petit pour deux 1 serviette de bain pour 5 jours limite

Un séjour dynamique et plaisant au cœur de Marseille.

Le logement est bien situé, dans une rue calme, avec des commerces à proximité et à quelques minutes à pied du Vieux-Port.

Le logement était globalement propre et conforme à l’annonce, mais j’ai été déçu par l’état du linge de lit. Les draps et la couverture étaient visiblement sales à mon arrivée, ce qui a un peu gâché l’expérience. C’est dommage, car tout le reste était correct.
