Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce joli studio au cœur du Panier. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Marseille à pied, dans un quartier plein de charme et d’authenticité. Le studio est propre, agréable et confortable, et l’accueil de l’hôte a été très chaleureux.
Petit point à améliorer : la présence d’une machine à laver serait vraiment un plus, notamment pour les séjours de plusieurs jours.

L'emplacement et la propreté du lieu.
L'appartement est au 1er étage, on entend donc bien les personnes qui montent et descendent. Mais cela n'empêche pas de dormir pour autant.

Sehr gut war die Lage der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung war gut und vor allem hatte sie ein bequemes Bett.
Durch Bauarbeiten im Nachbarhaus war auch der ganze Aufgang Nr15 total schmutzig, man lief über Dreck zur Wohnungstür und an Baustoffen vorbei. Es wurde nie saubergemacht. Das sollte man beim Buchen wissen. Mir war die Wohnung auch zu dunkel. Zu jeder Tageszeit musste ich das Licht einschalten.
