La petite Marseillaise

The location is terrific, only about 100 metres from Marseille railway station (from the 5th floor flat, you look across at the station on the same level) and close to a whole range of eating options. Also in comfortable walking distance of the old port. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen corner and a small balcony. There is a fair-sized lift though it is reached by a small flight of steps from the street door. Talking of steps, the considerable height difference from station level to the street door can be neatly handled by going into the metro system entrance and using its escalators without actually going through the barriers to the metro itself.

I had trouble understanding the instructions for entering the building because the design of the interphone was one I had never seen before. However, the owner was immediately available on the phone and we talked through the problem (and I have offered the owner a text in English to explain this issue). Also a problem I feel I should mention is the tiny space into which the toilet has been squeezed in order to ensure the shower is roomy enough. I do not consider myself fat but my buttocks were touching the wall and the shower glass at the same time!

J'ai apprécié l'amabilité de l'hôte très à l'écoute qui répond avec gentillesse à toutes les questions. Le studio ne manque de rien .

L'immeuble est très vétuste et le voisinage fort particulier : drogue et sdf. Impossible de sortir le soir, seule.

Le voisin de palier à la télé un peu forte allumée 24/24h mais c’est pas très dérangeant de l’intérieur on l’entend bien quand on sort dans le couloir extérieur

Le lit est confortable le balcon également l’hote est très gentille aussi également

L’emplacement est catastrophique des toxicos partout je sortais du bâtiment des tente était posée avec des toxicos dedans qui dormaient le toilettes également mes fesses ne passait presque pas et la douche je n’en parle pas
