Does the job neat
Nice little studio with enough space for two people. the building is an old one in Le Panier, a very famous and beautiful district in Marseille with little cafes and nice restaurants all around. As someone who lived in the area for 6 years, coming back was nostalgic. The person who handed over the keys was lovery too.

Great deal!!
The location was perfect, in the nicest neighborhood of the city!! The house was way more spacious than we expected and the man welcoming us was nice and gave us good advice 😊 It was a great deal with a very good value for money and if I’ll go back to Marseille i’ll definitely go back, 100% recommended!!
The shower was moldy and the house was a bit dusty. Also the stairs to the house were very steep and we were asked to pay 20€ for cleaning that weren’t included in the original price

This room was perfect. Very large and spacious had everyhing we needed at hand. Still impressed by the facilities.
Very steep narrow stairs up to room, we didn’t mind but be careful if you have any injury’s.

Nice location
It was harder to find the way to the apartment after we had already entered the building than it was to find the building itself, but everything else was great. Get ready for some terrifying spiral stairs, but once you get past them, the apartment is beautifully decorated. It looks amazing, at least in my opinion — every detail is lovely. I’d love for my own home to look like this. The host was very welcoming.

Ok for two nights but wouldn’t recommend
The location was quiet central
We were left waiting to be let into the property for over an hour, and were asked to pay the cleaner 20€ that was not included in the price on booking.com. The area whilst central was super rough often hearing screaming at night and quiet a lot of dodgy dealings happening in the night.

EVERYTHING LOOKED IN GOOD ORDER, IF SLIGHTLY BLURRED, AS I RUSHED IN AND OUT SEVERAL TIMES
One needed a taxi to find it, as I could never have done so without one. There is multitude of little narrow lanes in the vicinity and often the taxi had to back down a road to let someone out. I was very late for a rugby match in the city stadium,
so I collected the keys and the taxi took me the considerable distance to get there. I came back very late, well after 1 a.m. and had to leave next morning at 7.30 in order to catch a train back to Paris, so I was there for a minimal period and hardly touched anything. However, it all looked to be in perfect order and it seemed that everything one would need in a stay was there. It was clean and tidy and, had I been staying longer, I am sure I would have found it very conducive to a good visit.
Nothing except the confusing road pattern outside. I left a note that if they had not provided guidance and route maps to the nearest bus stop and metro station they would be very helpful. I didn't have time to check and they may well have produced them already

ESCAPADE MERVEILLEUSE
hebergement ultra bien placé , accueil exceptionnel , commerçant du rez de chaussée très sympathique et chaleureux. litererie très confortable , très propre , menage , serviette et drap fourni moyennant une toute petite participation , nous étions pile en face de la vieille charité , aucun vis à vis puisque l' appartement donnait sur une très jolie placette de ce quartier authentique et typique , et malgré tout ça n' était pas bruyant . impression d' être dans un petit village au coeur de la seconde ville de France . excellent rapport qualité prix
tout était PARFAIT ! en ce qui nous conserne
tenir compte cependant des marches d' escaliers très pentues , éviter les grosses valises . enfants en bas âge , personnes âgées avec le souffle court ou personne ayant des problèmes de genou , le savoir à l' avance .

Studio très agréable dans le quartier du panier où on a apprécier le calme et l'amabilité du voisinage. Lieu à connaître près du vieux port et de toutes commodités. A savoir néanmoins c'est un vieux quartier et les logements qui vont avec, 2 étages et petites marches!

Top ! Studio charmant et bien placé
Le ventilateur est très agréable lors du retour à l'appartement les jours de fortes chaleurs. Ménage au top, cuisine bien équipée. Mention spéciale pour le monsieur chargé de remettre les clés de l'appartement, très sympathique, un accueil chaleureux et de bons conseils sur la ville et le quartier. Merci !

Semplice ma confortevole
Posizione comoda, nel cuore del quartiere Panier e a circa 15 minuti dal vecchio porto da cui abbiamo comodamente preso il traghetto per le isole du Frioul. L'alloggio è semplice ma spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere qualche giorno in città. Anche il gestore è stato molto disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande.
Le scale di accesso alla stanza sono strette e ripide e molto scomode se si hanno delle valigie.

Présence de blattes dans la cabine de douche .
Puis j ai Donner au propriétaire 20euros de frais de supplément serviettes en cash il etait agressif moralement quand il me les as demandar !!
Plutôt grincheux et visite éclair. Il nous a donner 2 grandes serviettes de bain + une petit .. et ses 3 serviettes pour 7 nuits . !!!! 20euros.
C est limite pour 7 jours bref .propreté zéro.

Lieu non calme ,bcp de bruit le jour et la nuit c est pire ,en faite vous dormez pas !! . Si vous voulez pas dormir de la nuit ? c est ce studio qu il faut louer ! ( lol ) et puis nous avons quittés le studio avant la date prevue ,si nous avions pu le quitter plus tôt nous l aurions fait ) .
Penderie dans la tuyauterie c est juste un crochet comme sur la photo.
Ventilateur au plafond juste au dessus du lit qui vous brassaient la pollution et en prime vous avez un mal de gorge et peut-être un torticolis ! ..désolée.
Faite attention ⚠️ car ill y a un bar ,un glacier ,plusieurs commerces juste en dessous du studio.
Donc a 5 h du matin bruit de chaises,table a installer, des cris dans la nuit spontanés ,du rap a minuit environ, les conversations des gens dans la rues que l on entendaient...et j en passe ...et tout les jours même le week-ends. ( c est pire)
Le lieu de se studio emmène pas directement au vieux port .il faut marcher intensément avec bcp d escaliers, de monter de rues et de descentent. Il faut pas 5 min comme dit sur le site mais au moins 10 a 13 minutes a pieds au vieux port. Bcp de contours de rues pour arriver au vieux port. Puis les odeurs de toutes sortent ,infecté.

Très joli appartement, aménagé de très bon goût et situé dans le très joli quartier du Panier. Merci à Chérif pour son accueil chaleureux.
Musique à fond venant du voisinage ou de la rue, de 20h à minuit/ 1h du matin, comme si la musique était l'intérieur de l'appart tellement c'était fort . Pas top quand on est avec un enfant.

l’agencement du logement est plutôt pas mal. Il est correct et suffisant pour un couple + un enfant (petit lit d’appoint à l’entrée) le lieu où est placé le logement est très bien. le lit est confortable, le monsieur qui nous a accueillit était d’une gentillesse extrême. je recommande.

Ottimo alloggio in pieno centro del quartiere Panier
Il posto è veramente nel pieno centro del quartiere Panier, a 20 minuti a Piedi dalla stazione e a 15 minuti dal Porto Vecchio. La camera è spaziosa, nel bagno la doccia funziona benissimo. C'è anche un letto extra che abbiamo usato per appoggiare le nostre cose. Se dovessi tornare a Marsiglia, ci tornerei sicuramente.
Ci sono delle scale un po' ripide per arrivare nell'appartamento ma per noi non è stato un problema. Non ci sono tante cose per appoggiare i vestiti (armadio, appendono...).

Tenia de todo para cocinar, almohadas de más, estaba muy bien equipado.
No puedo poner pegas ya que, estaba muy bien. Pero la televisión su idioma era en francés y la poníamos solo para escuchar algo de fondo.
