I would consider booking another apartment

Good location, probably one of the few positive things. Apartment itself is okay, cleanliness is okay in the apartment. Basic anemities. As the owners’ responses to the other reviews, the apartment is indeed pretty alright and renovated. This however does not weigh out the points listed below.

I agree with many of the other reviews. The are is unsafe. Drug dealers, drug use, groups of men in the surrounding streets. I hadn’t experienced this is the other areas of Marseille while being there. I did not feel safe as a woman walking there. I only felt safe because I was with my partner. Terrible smell in the elevator and hallway downstairs. If I hadn’t already paid the apartment, I would’ve booked something else.. luckily it was for only 5 nights. Also no curtains in the room, felt very exposed to the neighbours across the streets. I would consider booking another apartment.

I highly recommend staying here and would not hesitate to return! Our host, Bastian, was exceptional throughout our entire stay. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, providing valuable recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and hidden gems in the city. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and his tips made our time in Marseille even more enjoyable. Thank you, Bastian, for being such a wonderful host!

Não recomendo, perigoso e sujo

O preço…

Muito sujo o prédio. Tinha baratas no apartamento. Elevador MUITO sujo cheio de bitucas de cigarro. As toalhas de banho estavam fedidas (tive que comprar novas) Localização é MUITO perigosa, ficam muitos moradores de rua dormindo na entrada do prédio, eu fui assediada já rua duas vezes, depois disso não sai mais sozinha a noite O aquecedor caiu da parade e não consegui mais colocar. um morador do apto ao lado disse para eu ter cuidado pois assaltaram uma pessoa no 3 andar. o banheiro é MUITO pequeno você só entra se for de lado, se você tiver mais de 90kg você não consegue tomar banho Dito isso não recomendo a comunidade o preço baixo acaba não sendo bom

Les points positifs : très bon emplacement près du vieux port, des commerces et des transports en commun. Appartement spacieux sur 2 niveaux. Dispose d’une machine à laver.

Les points négatifs : mauvaise fréquentation de la rue et des alentours. Immeuble en piteux état. Équipement trop succinct de l’appartement : il manque un fauteuil (1 seul petit canapé 2 places), 1 TV, de la vaisselle (épluche légumes par exemple). Le climatiseur ne refraichit que la pièce du bas et malheureusement pas la chambre… des objets anciens abandonnés sur le balcon. Propreté douteuse.

Le quartier est pas top, beaucoup de déchet et le bâtiment est sale Par la saleté du coin il avait des cafards dans le bâtiment qui venait dans le loft

Super, belle découverte de Marseille !

L’appartement est refait à neuf et les propriétaires sont réactifs. C’est très agréable de dormir dans la mezzanine. Emplacement central, facilité de déplacement vers le vieux port ou le Pannier.

La tranquillité et l’emplacement

La seule chose qui peut être améliorée, c’est que la personne qui remet les clés pourrait être un peu plus explicative quand au bon fonctionnement des choses de l’appartement ! Mais sinon tout était très bien !

Lugar muito perigoso para voltar à noite, segundo vizinho. Rua aspecto sujo.

Não fiquei neste apartamento. Tive problemas com o responsável . E após aguardá-lo para o check in, desisti de ficar lá . A impressão é q por ter pago adiantado todos os 4 dias, para o proprietário é o q importa.

Além de não ter ninguém nos aguardando para o check in. Um vizinho nos ajudou e ligou em francês para o WhatsApp do responsável e como não foi atendida a ligação deixou um recado q estávamos na rua aguardando. Porém nós disse q aquela rua era de drogados e que seria difícil voltarmos à noite em segurança. Isto foi tb um motivo a mais para desistirmos. Portaria do prédio com aspecto horrível.Acho q o Booking deveria avaliar o prédio e rua onde coloca apartamentos para escolhermos. Me senti lubibriada, pois mesmo avisando ao responsável que não ficaria no apartamento, ele disse q não devolveria nenhuma das 4 diárias que eu já havia pago.

Directe omgeving is vol van drugs, dealertjes en gebruikers; daar moet je tegen kunnen. Ik voelde me daardoor niet altijd veilig!
