It’s a lovely apartment, newly furnished and lovely and clean. It’s only a 10 minute walk from the town centre with supermarkets within a 5 minute walk too.

Only draw back is it’s quite near the train line. However I didn’t hear it during the night, it wasn’t a problem.

At the time of writing this property is still very new. As such it's in excellent decorative order. The apartment was spotless on each of my visits (I used apartment 4 more than once) and if there were any issues no matter how minor (e.g. missing clothes hangers) they were addressed within the hour.
The block is situated in a location which is easily accessible and a short walk to the town centre. Apartment 4 is at the back of the block and is quiet except for the barely noticeable passing of express trains nearby.
Occasionally, if other guests arrive in large vans parking can be a little awkward, but not impossible.
