At the time of writing this property is still very new. As such it's in excellent decorative order. The apartment was spotless on each of my visits (I used apartment 5 more than once) and if there were any issues no matter how minor (e.g. missing clothes hangers) they were addressed within the hour.
The block is situated in a location which is easily accessible and a short walk to the town centre. Apartment 5 is at the back of the block and is quiet except for the noticeable passing of express trains nearby. This is a little more noticeable than the apartments below as the vibrations are a little more amplified - but it's by no means bad.
Occasionally, if other guests arrive in large vans parking can be a little awkward, but not impossible.

The property is brand new.
Very clean and has a super market just over the road for all your needs.
The only thing is that it is close to the rail way line but it didn’t bother me. It might bother others but it was fine for me.
