Absolutely shocking and they refused to give us a refund!!!! Poor help from booking.com to help us
Commutations with the host, to actually have a valid reason as to why they cancelled our booking to move us elsewhere last minute. The place they gave us ' at no extra cost' was dirty, a drug den, smashed appliance's, holes in walls, burnt holes in carpet, broken handles, strangers trying to break in every night!!!

Difficult to find.cromwell place was omitted from given address
Bathroom facilities dirty damp& mouldy.skirting board damaged & falling.off the side of the bath.Only 2 towels for 3 adults for 3 nights 2 cups no knives in aself catering apartment.dirty marks on both settees.

Stay clear
Turned up, bath tub was full of pubic hair and drains were blocked. Not clean what so ever. Pungent smell throughout. Did refrain from leaving a negative review as tried to communicate issues with property as may not been their fault entirely and may be drainage issues. But after weeks of no answers now leaving this

very disappointing because of the location
a disaster location, I was told that I would be refunded a day for the cleaning done by me and my girlfriend, I fixed the bathroom that didn't work, the door in the bedroom wouldn't close, honestly very disappointing

Great Location
Great location - Very close to Huntingdon town centre, quiet, and safe. The apartment is spacious with 3 double beds and 2 couch-beds. Spacious kitchen and living room.
The toilet wasn't clean. We found an empty plastic bottle in the bedroom behind one of the bedside tables. The drain in the shower didn't work well.

The location
There was rubbish in the hall, no heating. Hair in the fridge, wet washing in the machine. Sofa was broken, mould all up the wall and bath panel. Washing powder all over the kitchen floor.

No heating. Don't go in winter. Very clean, but really poorly built and bad service.
Very clean.
Only one room of the whole house had working heating. The place was freezing. Toilet seat hanging off by one bolt. Wardrobe handles dropping off with sharp screws exposed. Floor fittings loose and risky. And no help with any of these things after two days of asking. Terrible place to stay with young kids.
