At the time of writing this property is still very new. As such it's in excellent decorative order. The apartment was spotless on each of my visits (I used apartment 3 more than once) and if there were any issues no matter how minor (e.g. missing clothes hangers) they were addressed within the hour.
The block is situated in a location which is easily accessible and a short walk to the town centre. Apartment 3 is at the front of the block and is quiet except for the barely noticeable passing of express trains nearby. It has double double-glazed windows which eliminate the traffic noise from the junction outside.
Occasionally, if other guests arrive in large vans parking can be a little awkward, but not impossible.

Great little base for a look round the area
No info pack…..took me ages to find switch for washer (under sink) and then the water had to be switched on too! No bedside lamp was an issue but other than that, fine. Make sure you pack your teabags or coffee, and take some milk!
