Over all comfortable, clean with everything you need very spacious apartment

Property very comfortable with everything you need. Clean few minor things could do with fixing toilet flush plate, shower drain, but overall comfortable

Location of property not the best can be very noisy when pubs shut into early hours but it’s expected with a town centre apartment

Location and ease of check in. Also, having allocated parking was added bonus.

It was great and would definitely stay there again. The only thing was that it was a bit dusty in places. Shower was a bit blocked and would collect water.

A fantastic apartment in a central location. The apartment is finished and furnished to a very high, tasteful standard. It is well equipped…we were very grateful for the coffee machine and the smart tv…and also very comfortable. Excellent communication from the hosts. A great stay!

Excellent, clean & tidy & good value

Self catering so breakfast doesn’t apply, although all the information was sent for WiFi code , keysafe code etc… I failed to see it and called messaged host for this information and was no problem at all Very helpful 👍

Couldn’t find any faults , good value for money, clean and tidy. If I need to work in this area again I will definitely try to book this property again

I highly recommend this apartment. Clean and comfortable very pleasant.

Beautiful clean apartment. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. I was very pleased the host came and brought us a cafatiere so we could use the filter coffee. I would highly recommend this apartment. Nice touch with milk coffee and tea being left for us. Also shower gel shampoo etc. The whole stay was very pleasant.

The apartment was great, but let down by the quality of the shower and sink in the bathroom.

The property is situated in an alleyway in the centre of town, but in a quiet location away from noise of traffic. The apartment is very comfortable and cosy. The main bedroom is very spacious. The property has its own car parking space next to the apartment, which is very convenient.

The shower in the bathroom requires attention. You cannot alter the height of the shower and water comes out in great force. It is difficult to regulate the heat of the water with its force. The door of the shower does not close properly, which results in flooding the bathroom floor. The plug on the sink was missing, which was annoying. It is a pity because if the bathroom was better I would give the apartment a score of 9 or 10.

Lovely apartment in the heart of St. Ives

The location is brilliant, right in the heart of St. Ives. On site parking is a real bonus. The apartment is well appointed with lovely bedrooms, shower room and kitchen with the added bonus of a small living room with a good tv.

This is a fantastic apartment and worth every penny.

It was very spacious and had everything that you needed for a weeks stay. Also it was very central to all the shops, restaurants and bars. It was really good to have your own parking space outside also. I would definitely recommend this apartment and we will be back next year. The owners kept in good contact with you throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. It was also a nice touch having a lovely chilled bottle of Prosecco in the fridge too on arrival. So basically 10/10 from me.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn’t like. There was only little things that would of been nice to have, like a little lamp in the smaller bedroom and the living room instead of just the main lights. The only other little thing that would be nice to have, would be little bins for the bedrooms. That was the only things that we would of liked but nothing major at all.
