Really disappointing stay, glad it was only one night!!

Central location near station.

-Apt hadn’t been cleaned -Radiator was hanging off wall so scared to touch. -Only two towels provided and no linen for the couch, which wasn’t a sofa bed! -Advertised as slept 4 but was two single beds and two couches that didn’t fold out to a bed. -Shower was really dirty and didn’t work properly. -We found old makeup brushes on the floor of bathroom. -No bin liners. -No loo roll provided!

Decent size property , let down by its position and lack of cleanliness !

The property is a decent size

Difficult to find , 16:00 - 10:00 rather than 15:00 - 11:00 as advertised (when I questioned this I was told it was booking.coms fault and 15:00 check in would cost an additional £20) radiator hanging off the wall , cigarette ash in one of the cups and the towels provided were tiny , the bedding wasn’t clean and the sofa was littered with stains ! It also lacks any privacy and any noise outside can be heard clearly

Pleasant stay

Spacious , clean and very comfortable. Location is just perfect too.

The shared bathroom was a shocker as I didnt realise it was. It does not specify in the advert. To make things worse, there are no locks on the door so privacy is very compromised. Hope they do something about this coz the place itself has great potential and we enjoyed our stay.

4 out of 10 due to communication and hot water problems

The apartment is very clean inside out.

communication was VERY BAD, struggled to find the location, called several times before they sent me the exact location and pin number for the key safe. Also, have to bath with cold water on the Sunday morning when we woke up. The hot water was not flowing apart from cold water. Called the phone numbers for the property owner and no one was responding after an hour - even with that they responded with text messages. Still hot problem was not solved for almost three hours and we ended up refreshing ourselves with cold water. Called them again and asked if they could speak to me on the phone and they said their phone line is TEXT messaging ONLY. They finally text and said I should leave the key behind. Came back later in the night, we managed to get hot water but again in the morning when we were checking out the hot water stop again and didn’t bother texting them again. Honestly the property looks clean and nice just like the pictures in the advert but Honestly speaking communication was really bad and believed they have programmed the hot water to stop working at certain time.

A gem in the middle of the town.

With everything you might need in this beautiful and very clean one bed apartment.

The pathway to the apartment but the people next door were friendly and helpful and made this, a very tiny "but". I had a couple of small issues but were rectified straight away.

No bedding, no towels, no care, awful customer service

My friend and I arrived for a 2-night stay having asked them to make up the sofa bed in advance for one of us, which they were happy to do ('our team will ensure this is arranged'). On arrival, no made-up bed, no obvious spare bedding, no towels for the entire flat, no bathmat. Messages about this via the booking message system went unanswered. We eventually found a duvet, pillow and sheet scrunched up under the sofa, all bedding obviously used and even stained (see pictures), still no towels. After an uncomfortable night, and another message to them via the message portal they provided, finally an answer acknowledging fault ('it's unacceptable that you spent your first night without bedding...'), apologising, promising to rectify ('one of our staff will bring your requests') and to contact me personally. And then - literally nothing. No contact, no resolution, no answer to my increasing number of messages. They just ignored me until it was time to leave, and then had the gall to send a message asking if wanted to spend £20 on a late check-out and would I leave them a review! So, here is their review. The customer service was non-existent, almost laughably so, it I hadn't spent two uncomfortable nights in used bedding with no towels available. Their 'luxury' apartment with 'private entrance' is in a dark alley at the back of a barber's shop, with access from the high street signalled by a hand-typed sign crudely gaffer-taped to the crappy door. The alleyway to the apartment door is littered with cigarette butts, and furiously smoking barbers and their mates on a break. The apartment is cheaply furnished, and lacking any comfort; the terrestrial TV signal doesn't work; the thundering footsteps from the flat upstairs start before 7am and go on until midnight.

Just ok

The property wasn’t clean on arrival. Facilities in the property were slim the check in and check out times were different on the website then what was communicated staff sent messages to say available to help but didn’t always answer the phone or communicated when requested to do so the cleaning lady was very friendly but I was charged for early check in and couldn’t avail of it due to the fact the apartment wasn’t clean was promised a refund but didn’t get it. I requested a late check out i sent messages and tried to phone the number but no one got back to me. Not a good service or customer service. On arrival bed clothes were dirty when I phone I was told they couldn’t be so that all cleaners send pictures of the apartment when they clean it so basically I was this believed so I had to send pictures to prove myself the sink was dirty and the counter tops were sticky and unclean

Location. Layout of apartment was great. Furnishings lovely, just dirty.

Apartment had not been cleaned. I have raised a complaint, not that I expect a resolution. I will be leaving a review, I would hate to think of anyone else walking into what we had to. Just a basic clean would have been great. I am awaiting a reply from DH ApartHotels !! Photos have been sent. I am waiting to hear from them, before posting a review.

- very lovely and homely looking flat with all amenities you may need - However, heating was not working and I spent the two days trying to get warm under the quilt. - in the middle of a dodgy, extremely dark alley in the centre with difficulty finding the key

This property was made unavailable at the last minute and the alternative I was offered was still under construction and had some very poor safety issues such as an unlockable exterior door and a locked fire exit. After several attempts to discuss the situation with the hosts I moved to a Marriott and have received no response about the situation to this day.

Lovely apartment, great value for money

Beautifully appointed interior, comfy beds, good kitchen and good shower

Was hard to find initially as the address is high street but the door is in a tricky to find courtyard but it was worth the effort. Could do with a mirror in the bedrooms, women need somewhere to do hair and make up ;)

Локацията беше супер. Заради локацията се спряхме на този апартамент. В близост до автобусна гара, влакова гара, магазини и ресторанти. Използвахме апартамента само за нощувки и освежаване след дългите разходки. Не сме използвали кухнята. Добра комуникация със собственика. Оказваше ни бързо съдействие при възникнали въпроси. От тази гледна точка сме доволни.

Апартаментът не беше чист. Като за това съдя по пода и банята. Принадлежности за баня нямаше, така че си купихме. Както и си купихме кърпи за банята. Завивките на спалнята ни съм сигурна дали бяха сменени, имаше петна по завивките и няколко косъма от нечия коса.
