Great location next to tram. Easy walk to see features of Strasbourg.

No aircon unfortunately in the heatwave. Trams are a bit noisy at night.

Great location a short walk from the station and an easy walk to Petit France. Lovely characterful room. We had an issue with the apartment upon arrival but it was dealt with immediately and efficiently.

The balcony is too tiny for a couple to use, but it was still a pleasant place to watch people in the busy (but quiet) street below.

The location for the station and the central area was superb. 5 minutes walk with luggage to the station. Step out of the door and you are in the centre. There is excellent pressure in the shower.

This was the first time of using Booking.com that I have ever been disappointed with a booking, and I use it a lot. Cleaning of the apartment was poor (have pictures to prove it) and overall the place looked tired and very worn, with lots of scuff marks and chipped paint. Cables hanging everywhere and in some cases there were exposed wires. There was a door missing under the kitchen units with the hinge still there. There are no draws to unpack clothing, just a sideboard/cupboard which was dirty inside. The only hanging space in the whole apartment is 4 pegs on the back of the main door with 4 hangers, so you live out of your case with everything all over the place.....very poor. There is no wardrobe or other hanging space. The curtains! They follow a clear theme about this apartment, which is clearly that it has been done on the cheap! If you like to sleep with the curtains closed to block out the light....do not book this apartment. You have a combination of nets and curtains, however the curtains are not big enough to cover the full gap of the windows. We played around with it and found a best compromise but it was not good. Now, I am a seasoned traveller and go all over the world with my job, so have a good comprehension of what to expect and how things work! The facility shows a very nice coffee machine, which is very important to us, however there were just 2 pods for the machine. When I contacted them, they said it was just a small welcome pack and I could go and purchase more!!! That was a first for me in my travels. The Welcome pack of tea and coffee, nice feature if it had been fully replenished but it clearly had not....1 biscuit for two guests?...we can share! My final gripe. As I knew we would arrive earlier than the advertised check in time, I messaged our host to see if maybe we could drop off our luggage before exploring Strasbourg (beautiful place). I never got a word back either way. I could go on but I see no point. ( I have pictures)
