The contact with the host was incredible, very fast answers and the directions for the key were very clear. The apartment was in a very good area and it was very central!

The sheets didn’t seem washed, and the carpet was very dirty. There are a lot of used toiletries in the bathroom. Overall it didn’t seem very clean. The upstairs bed makes a lot of noise

The check-in system is very accessible and the contact with the accommodation responsible was also very easy, helpful and available. It's a very nice, cosy flat and it's very recommendable to stay here, also for being so central and well-furnished.

We had a small issue with the bed-sheets, but it was very nicely resolved. The rest of the studio was very clean.

The location of the apartment was fantastic and the kitchen was fairly well equipped for cooking with a modern bathroom. Having a washing machine and air-con was also very helpful.

The mattress on the bed was very old and needs to be replaced. The kitchen space was so small so it was a little tricky to cook and it was lucky I pnly stayed a couple of nights as after the first night the kitchen sink blocked up so I that by the day I checked out, the water was barely draining and it was near impossible to use the kitchen sink. Unfortunately there seemed to be an issue with the host Thibault receiving any of my messages, so communicating to get support wasn't successful. Once I did manage to get in touch with him though he was very friendly and apologetic about any problems experienced.
