Excellent location for work trips

Great location, lively area with lots of public transport options and also walking distance from the main attractions. Everything you need in the apartment - ideal for work trip or short stays. Very clean and well equipped with appliances (iron, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, etc.).

Bad smell sometimes coming from the toilet. Shower head needs cleaning or replacing - very hard to use.

Overall the stay was acceptable but not quite comfortable. I think the accommodation is overpriced

The room had everything declared in the description and all equipment was functional. The furniture is modern and new. The big supermarket was close and this an advantage of the accommodation.

For some reason at Bookng.com provided me with the wrong information regarding the point of key-pickup. I had to go to Graffalgar hotel first and only then to the office of Cocoon. I had to walk with the suitcases back and forth and this was quite stressful. But I would like to thank the employee of the Cocoon office for instructions and help with the key pickup. Additionally, I was disappointed that I had to clean the bins, sort the garbage and look for the public glass collection point to bring the empty glass bottles 10 minutes away from the accommodation myself. I consider this as not quite hospitable as the price of the room includes cleaning. The room was clean but we could constantly feel the smell from the drain pipes. The instructions for heating and TV were absent which caused some inconveniences. The absence of wardrobe in the accommodation also brought inconveniences.

Not staying again

Worst check-in and check-out procedure of any accommodation I've ever stayed in. They make you go all the way to a different location about a km away, so you have to go with the baggage in the rain just to pick up and drop the keys. Also the locker broke down when I tried to return the keys and had to be restarted, so I came late to work, because their totally unreasonable procedure and faulty system. For the price that they charge this is totally unacceptable.

There's room for improvement in this one room apartment

Cleanliness; mattress; decent size of the shower cabin and good water pressure; location

Foul-smelling sewerage in the bathroom; noisy heating system; bulky, rigid, synthetic pillows; taking out the trash (which should be included in cleening fee) in a creepy, labyrinthic basement; collection and drop off of the keys from a hotel 750 m away, open 8 am - 8 pm only; inflexible check-in/out times; lack of luggage storage facilities before check-in or after check-out

No posible la comunicación con propietario

Limpio y ordenado

No se pueden abrir las ventanas por el black out. Cero trato o ayuda del propietario. La comunicación solo por email, no tuvimos WIFI en ningún momento y no pude hablar con nadie. Un tel que solo contestaba un automático en Francés.El trato inpersonal y de viaje de ocio se necesita tener conexión con el propietario

Frustrant

J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience de mon séjour dans ce studio. Il faut dire que j'ai voyagé pour le travail, pas de possibilité de laisser mes bagages ni avant ni après le travail. Le jour de mon arrivée j'ai dû aller au travail avec ma valise. Après la journée de travail j'étais obligée de faire la chasse au trésor pour récupérer les clés à travers Strasbourg car les clès ne sont pas la porte à côté. L'entrée de studio était assiégée par les personnes qui s'est droguées.

Gute Austattung - Gute Lage

Permanente Geräusch (Klimaanlage )und das hat uns wirklich gestört insbesondere Nachts. Obwohl ich das signalisiert habe, bedauere ich das niemand zu uns gekommen ist um dieses Problem zu lösen.

La posizione sicuramente ottima. Il letto è comodo. Il bagno è grande.

Non ha un armadio o quantomeno un appoggio per poter appendere anche solo una camicia. La prima sera siamo rimasti al freddo perché il termosifone non faceva calore e lo staff nelle istruzioni e regole che trovi nell'appartamento non si è preoccupato di menomale le istruzioni per avviare il riscaldamento..lo abbiamo scoperto da soli. La TV non funzionava. Il pavimento non era pulitissimo e i cuscini sotto le federe avevano entrambi aloni gialli.

C’était vraiment très propre, proche du centre ville Le personnel de l’hôtel où nous avons récupéré les clés était très gentil

Prix excessif, nous comprenons bien que c’est parce que c’est la période du marché de Noël mais cela reste quand même bien trop excessif
