Great location, well stocked - wifi modem is in the closet with the password

Location was good; apartment had everything we could need.

Wifi was an issue and we texted several times without a response. I finally texted through Booking.com and got a response , but it still didn't solve the issue. We finally found the modem and got the right SSID and password. Was very disappointed in the response time from the contact.

Good for a short stop over and reasonably priced .

Proximity to station, city centre, shopping mall . Washing machine was a bonus & small kitchen. Pod coffee machine also. Our host answered our queries promptly via text also.

We couldn’t get the induction cooktop to work . The bed was too hard for us .

A nice and cosy place at an excellent location.

The apartment is located near all the strategic places - the train station, the old town, and a big shopping mall are easily reached by foot in approximately 5 minutes. Access to the building is easy, the instructions from the host are quite sufficient. Although the room is rather small, it is well-arranged and well-equipped and has everything necessary even for a long stay, including a washing machine. Although there is a busy street with trams just round the corner, no particular noise bothered us at night. A very good place for such a price.

Unfortunately, we were unable to connect to Wi-Fi, our smartphones did not see the network specified by the host. Perhaps, it was a 5 Hz network not supported by our equipment, which works with 2.5 Hz networks. The apartment is a bit worn out, although it is not a big problem. The bathroom is really tiny, especially the shower cabin, and the shower curtain smells of mold. The same is true of bath towels - they smell of dampness. I would recommend at least replacing the shower curtain to avoid smell (or, perhaps, the shower mat - I didn't specifically look for the source of smell, but it's definitely one of those). But the main problem for us was, of course, the absence of Wi-Fi.

Cosy & homely apartment near train station and short walk to town

Cosy and homely room, cosy bed. Very close to the train station (5 min walk) and a quick walk into the town (5-10 min walk). Simple check in and the owner was very communicative.

The nearby street is busy so there is lot of traffic noise. The shower room is rather small and the shower attachments fell off a couple of times trying to adjust the height - it was nothing drastic and did the job!

Logement sale et malodorant, mot dans l'ascenseur indiquant la possible présence de blattes, immeuble non sécurisé avec apparemment agression de femmes car présence de squatteurs. Nous avons finalement préféré ne pas y dormir et n'avons pas reçu de remboursement.

Appartement situé à proximité de la gare centrale de Strasbourg et du centre ville. Un arrêt de tram est quasiment en face du studio, ce qui permet de se déplacer dans Strasbourg très rapidement et facilement avec le pass Tram.

El baño , ya toca arreglarlo, muy viejo. Las puertas de los.armarios rotas, cambiar los útiles de limpieza que hay en los.armarios. Cuando llegamos había llovido y las toallas estaban empapadas en el tendedero en la terraza

Kann ich nicht , da wir nicht geblieben sind.

Die Lage wäre gut gewesen wenn wir da geblieben wären

Man musste eine Nr. anrufen damit das Haustürschloss sich öffnet, hat nicht funktioniert. Anderer Mieter hat uns reingelassen, Schlüssel da gefunden wo es in der email stand. Wohnung betreten, starker Geruch von Desinfektionsmittel, Türen vom Schiebetürenschrank defekt, unter Laken das sauber war dreckige Matrazen ( Auflage). Feuchte Wäsche war auf dem Balkon aufgehangen worden. Da alleine der Geruch für uns unerträglich war haben wir die Wohnung direkt wieder verlassen, da die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter die Situation für uns nicht geändert hätte.

sejour tres agreale dans la belle région d'alsace, le studio et bien propre, une jolie equiepement et agreable nous avons pu profiter de balcon pour le petit dejeuner pratique et bien place en ville à 4 min de la gare ce qui nous a permis de visité colmar et obernai en train, nous avons pu profiter des piste cyclable de strasbourg.
