The location of the apartment is just perfect and definitely worth the money. And there is enough space.

The tap in the kitchen is leaking and splashing water. The shower curtain has mold at the bottom. One of the two burners on the stove did not work, because as far as I understood, the temperature regulator was broken. The light bulb in the chandelier in the main room was missing. 😢 I think this could easily be fixed with a little money spent on repairs and inventory renovation. So, it is quite possible that the next guest will be luckier.

ローケーションがわりと良く、自炊したい人に向いている。コスパが良いと思う。

鍵の引き渡し場所はアパートではない。歩いて10分以上の所にある。この点を明確に書いて欲しかった。 この街が素敵で延泊したが、延泊前にキッチンにあったフライパンが(何故か)部屋から消えました。状況説明を求めたが、回答はなかった。

ロケーションは最高。 キッチンと湯船付きのお風呂がついているので、日本人にとって、とっても嬉しい。 スーパーが近くにあり、自炊したい人にとって有難い。 収納スペースがたっぷり有ります使い勝手がいい。

アパートのセキュリティボックスがなく、キーは歩行十分以上離れている別のオフィスにある。Booking時に分かるように書いていない！ 部屋の入り口の床が膨張したせいか、ドアは思い切って押さないと開かないw。 掃除用品は全て揃えているが、何故かちゃんと掃除されていない(使う前に、自分で綺麗に洗うこと！) ベッドリネンはシワジワでしかも自分で取り付け、チェックアウト時に自分取り外さないといけない。 都合で2泊を更に予約し連絡も済んだが、何故か部屋には誰かが入室し、キッチンのフライパンを持って行かれたことを発覚😱。原因🔬と対応を要求したが返答なし。
