Nice place to explore Strasbourg

The location is wonderful to explore around Strasbourg and very convenient spot to get from the train station (about 10-15 minutes walking). The flat has a special charming

The place is located in a second floor with a very steep staircase which can be a problem for people traveling with big luggage’s. Also even when the flat is great, the wooden floors tend to be very noisy.

A wonderfoul stay in Strasbourg for the Christmas market

The location in Strasbourg was exceptional. Very easy to walk to the train station and close to Kleber Square and Petite France. The apartment is spacious and situated on a quiet street.

We had to wait for almost an hour on the street for the person who had the keys to arrive to let us in.

Dusgusting staff and place. Real infection danger. Never book this place!

Nothing. It’s a disgusting old flat.

I left the apartment after staying there for only 10 minutes because it was a serious risk of infection. The entire place has an indescribably bad smell, and there is not a single spot that isn’t covered in mold. The whole apartment is simply dirty. In addition, when I plugged in my phone to charge, the socket immediately started sparking. This is a serious safety hazard. The host keeps lying. The place and the people are disgusting.

The location is ok, and requires a decent walk to the Cathedral. For Strasbourg, location near Cathedral is important.

The listing did not explain critical information. 1) A deposit is required to pay to a non-booking.com website via credit card. As it was written, it seemed to me it was going to be collected by booking.com. 2) And to receive deposit back, guest is required to provide personal bank account number and routing information to this non-booking.com website.

Dirty accommodation without interest on the part of the owners

Despite being in an excellent location, right in the historic centre, the apartment appears to be abandoned and without any care on the part of the owners. Dirty accommodation as if previous guests were still there. The bathroom has a water "leakage" problem and no light (they never responded to our contact to resolve the situation).

Not bad but overall disappointing.

Location perfect. Bed super comfortable thank you. Heating and hot water impeccable. Loved the original floor boards. Enjoyed the views onto the timber-framed houses.

No working internet! I had to spend hours every day in cafés and at the European Parliament to prepare electronic documents. The place smelled musty. The staircase was offputting, someone was drying dirty, smelly sneakers on the first floor window sill. The flat looked and felt uninviting. Tables pushed up against cupboards, way too many cupboards like some second-hand furniture store. Not enough sockets and lighting. Bathroom, toilet and kitchen very uncomfortable, just drab. This flat could be fabulous with little modernization and design flair.

It is in general a nice romantic apartment in the very centre of Strasbourg.

But: Firstly, the host didn’t answer the calls or messages. The lights in the bathroom, the toilet and the hallway didn’t go on first, so I wanted to clarify this question, but the host just ignored me. The lights functioned magically a few hours later. Secondly, there is indeed beautiful furniture and atmosphere, but the couch is just dead. And dirty. As well as the shower curtain, which had a huuuge hole in it :D I still liked the apartment though, but take in consideration that you might need ear muffs, because the street is very loud at night.

Good

The location is unbeatable. It is walking distance to everything, to the train station, also it is right in the centre. The streets in this area are very narrow, this particular house dates back to 1551. Bed was really comfortable.

The communication was quite difficult. I wanted to find out if I could check in one hour earlier and I only got a message from a phone number on the day of arrival. In the flat some things need urgent attention, I indicated all to the contact( broken toilet seat, shower curtain, light bulbs not working etc) so I am hoping they would take that onboard. And yes, the floor creaks..but given the age of the flat...I could put up with that. Be aware that there are bars and restaurants on both sides, so noise can go on till quite late but in the morning it is very quiet.

À la limite de l'arnaque

L'emplacement.

Nous étions 4 et il n'y avait que 2 places car le lit dépliant était cassé. De plus certains des équipements étaient hors service (robinet, lampes, poignées de porte). On m'a fait comprendre que c'était du à l'usure...et que si je n'étais pas content je n'avais qu'à m'en aller.

Tan solo la ubicación, prácticamente en calles del centro muy cercanas a la Petite France

No creo que quepa en este recuadro todo lo que no nos ha gustado… Apenas tiene luces en casa, las estancias grandes están iluminadas con lamparitas de mesa de noche. Tiene varios armarios los cuales están repletos de trastos como tronas, ropa… ni un sitio donde dejar tus cosas… Telas de araña por todos los rincones, una bañera asquerosa, las toallas y ropa de cama huelen a muerto, un desastre. Alquilamos para 4 personas y 2 durmieron en el suelo del asco que daba el sofá cama. Horrible, nos arruinó la estancia en la ciudad…

L' unica cosa positiva è che l abitazione è in pieno centro.

Nessuno ci ha informato su come avere le chiavi, chiamando dalla Francia nessuno rispondeva ai numeri che ci erano stati dati e all email, dall italia, il mio compagno è riuscito dopo 3 h a contattare bk e a capire che le chiavi erano in una agenzia per locazioni a mezz'ora a piedi dall alloggio, un po ambigua, che di noi non ne sapeva niente. L alloggio non era abitabile mancavano le basi dell igene: tra ragnatele, insetti, biancheria arrotolata in armadi pieni di polvere, rubinetti che perdevano la sporcizia nel frigo e i residui organici che c'erano sopra il divano letto ve li lascio immaginare.... In ogni cassetto e superfice erano presenti tracce organiche... Peli, unghie, insetti ecc.. Il letto della camera matrimoniale era sfondato e il materasso del divano letto era di di 5 cm immaginate 4 adulti che ci dovevano dormire.... Per chi avesse ancora qualche dubbio ho le foto.

Appartement insalubre, j ai jamais vu ça et pourtant j'en ai fait des locations de quelques jours... Déjà dans le séjour/salle à manger les interrupteurs ne fonctionnent pas, 2 lampes pour éclairer dont une qui ne fonctionnait pas, ensuite le canapé ou ma collègue de travail a dormi pourri à l extérieur et ossature intérieur tordu et matelas 5 cm, des arrangées au plafond, les placards en desorde, la seule couette pas lavée et tachée.... La cuisine pourri, les placards plein de saleté, le micro onde et le four encrassé, le congélateur n en parlons pas ..On devait cuisiner du coup impossible, on a du manger à l extérieur. La salle de bain...le rideau de douche noir de crasse, la baignoire toute abîmé, en apparence pas trop sale mais fallait pas regarder derrière la machine à laver. Dans la seule chambre pas d éclairage également seul des lampes, on y voyait pas grand chose, et quand j ai voulu ouvrir la fenêtre tout était très sale, derrière le radiateur n en parlons pas. Bon on s est dit tant pis, fermons les yeux pendant quelques jours et le 3 ieme soir, cerise sur le ponpon une souris qui me passe entre les jambes, donc là, à 21h, on fait les bagages et on passe 1h à trouver un hôtel à 20 minutes de notre travail en voiture alors qu on était sur place ... Voilà pour toutes ces raisons et j en oublie sûrement je ne conseille pas cet appartement, c est une honte de louer dans cet état
