Spacious.
Location and Jadaf canal views and access was great.
Comfortable.
Linen was all clean and tidy.
Furnishing is all of good quality.
I previously stayed with Frankporter before, but never had to send deposit. This time they wanted deposit, equal to the price of 5 days stay. Anyway, sent the deposit, while on my way and messaged them an hour before. Still on arrival security did not have information about us, sorted out after further message. I did get location detail but no clear instruction about where to park. Beware of return of deposit can take 2 weeks on check out.
During the day, noise of maintainance work is not great.
I booked it specifically due to availability of swimming pool, which was not available for all the dates of our stay.
Cooking utensils are ok, not very good quality.
