Location was great. We just struggled to find their entrance at first when we arrived, as it wasn’t exactly where the location that was send over WhatsApp was.
Quick and easy walk to Dubai Mall: You just need to walk over the street, enter the door next to Address Residence’s to use the stairs to get you to China Town, which is located in the mall. This is a 5 minute max walk.
The view from the balcony is nice. There also isn’t too much noise, as you would expect from a place that is in a busy area.
Gina, our concierge was friendly. We also got our deposit back immediately when we checked out.
The guy downstairs at the reception desk can be a little more friendlier, as this reflects on the property. Further on everything was excellent at this accommodation.

The location is spot on. However, if you intend getting there by Dubai mall metro, make sure you find your way to Chinatown ➡️Address hotel➡️cross the road and you’ll find DunyaTowers.

Location is fantastic. Very close to key point. However, bit difficult to parking.
Extra deposit (Refund). Its never mansion during the booking.
