Heaven Crest Vacation Homes Downtown - Studio and 1 Bedroom Suites 2 minute walk to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa

We had a fantastic stay with Heaven Crest Vacation Homes and would happily stay here again on a future visit to Dubai. From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent and the team was incredibly responsive, professional and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, well maintained and in a great location with easy access to Dubai’s main attractions. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the concierge team was always available to assist with recommendations, transfers and any questions we had. We particularly appreciated the outstanding customer service and attention to detail, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The accommodation offered excellent value for money and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you to the entire Heaven Crest team for your hospitality. The appartment was nicely furnished and it is good space for two people .

Some of the amenities were not practical , as a bath tub without a shower screen or shower curtain . Kitchen sink would only have cold water . No kitchen towels , or paper towels , or tissue box in the sitting area .These little things can be fixed .

Excellent environment and hospitality

Location is fantastic. Very close to key point. However, bit difficult to parking.
