A very pleasant stay, a very good starting point.

Very good location, well-equipped kitchen. Clean and pleasant. Heated pool. Walking to the Dubai Mall takes only two minutes (entrance through the hotel or food court). Contact with support via WhatsApp was very good. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic location. Right across from Dubai Mall. Staff communicate really well and one can get in touch with them easily.

1. The bed mattress was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Probably the cheapest and most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in my life. Can’t believe that is acceptable. I ended up sleeping on the couch. 2. Terrible damp or mold smell in the apartment. I think it’s from the bathrooms. Really unpleasant. 3. There was no hot water. The agent forgot to inform us that there is a switch which is meant to be turned on for the geyser. We left the apartment early and found alternative accommodation for the last of our 2 nights stay. Really was that bad.

The property was very spacious, actually was huge! with a kitchen and lounge room. Made for a very comfortable stay. The location across from Dubai Mall was why I booked as close to all the attractions we wanted to see. The host was amazing to communicate with. I totally Recommended this property.

You should take a towel for everyone with you because you will find one shower towel and the rest are small towels. Also take soap to shower, and there is a grocery store below that you can take soap from. This is my second experience with them, the first one was last year and I had bed bugs and had to treat after going out and the treatment was above the value of the stay 😅 I wish they would ask me after I got out about the issue or tell me they had fixed the issue but it wasn't happened. This year they're trying to fine me A chair is already broken and they claim not to know it and ask me to tell them every problem in advance, knowing that I did not move the chair until the morning of checking out and discover that it was moving in a strange way. Attached photo sent from the host. Advice for anyone who wants to live here to photo everything from the moment of check-in and write notes,for example,there is an internal leak in the pipes in the bathroom,and now I am afraid they will fine it too, Although the pipes are impossible to reach to cause any trouble 😓 I told them today that I was going back to them but after they decided to be fined for something I didn't do I don't think that will happen. To be honest, I think they are very close to hotel services, but they need some focus on these previous points.

Awesome accommodation in the heart of Dubai.

Awesome accommodation in Downtown Dubai, directly across the road from Dubai Mall, fantastic apartment will all the facilities you could wish for. Kids and I loved the heated pool and the easy access to Dubai main tourist attractions. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone considering a holiday or even a short stopover in Dubai.

Beautiful, awesome apartment , clean, comfortable, and well-located. Communication via WhatsApp was a bit concerning due to payment links, but switching to email made things smooth. Tip: Don’t tell taxis “Dubai Mall” — use landmarks like Dunya Tower or Susan’s Café to avoid confusion.

Dubai mall is located across the road. Spacious unit with great views of other skyscrapers around you. There is also a swimming pool area and gym. Bonus was a small supermarket located on the ground floor of same building where you can buy your basic foods and drinks at affordable prices.

Very good location and apartment

The check-in is at 15:00, which is a bit late. They did what they could, and I managed to check in at 13:00, so I am thankful for that, but I wish they had had an earlier check-in, as my flight arrived at 5:00 am, and it was a long wait. But all the rest was perfect, including the location, cleaning, management, and everything else; I will repeat.

Location , staff and security They let me check in early. If they provide slippers for bathrooms would be nice.

In the next adjoining room , there was drilling and hammering.. maybe renovation. There is a deposit of 1000 but it was quickly refunded They should point out these before reservation..otherwise everyone was very good
