The best 5* Flat

one of the best locations! 2nd floor took us straight into the dubai mall car park with a short walk into chinatown! really stunning flat and was very spacious. i will recommend staying here and would look to stay here if i visit dubai again. the hosts were amazing,quick communicaitons and very clean flat. i can say alot more but im going to leave it at this was like living in a 5* hotel room.

It was a great experience for us, we had a good time there

Location is great, is was very clean, 24/7 security at the location, totally we had a great time there, but also hope that the host takes more care about small items.

W-Lan was very poor, Kitchen facilities much lower than expected we didn't have even a fine knife to cut some fruits, Accessoires at home was not enough for a one week stay, not enough tissues no hand soup at restroom, no washing powder for the washing machine, i think this thing are not so highly costed items and should be but helps the guest to have a good experience

Great location - poorly maintained facilities.

The location was amazing!

The property is very poorly maintained. There was visible mold throughout the bathrooms, which was extremely disappointing. Several doors, including the main and closet doors, creaked loudly and were clearly in need of repair. Although the unit is advertised as a self-serviced apartment, even basic necessities were not properly stocked. For example, the bathroom had less than half a roll of toilet paper, and we were forced to purchase our own supplies from a grocery store. We had two children sleeping on the sofa bed, yet only one comforter was provided. While the staff was responsive via text, having to message them repeatedly for basic items felt disruptive and unnecessary—especially while on vacation. It was often easier to buy what we needed ourselves rather than spend time coordinating every small issue. The widespread mold in the bathrooms was the biggest disappointment. Additionally, the listing is misleading: the property is marketed using photos of the Address Hotel across the street, which gives an inaccurate impression of the accommodation being offered.

Location

Apartment is big and comfortable with needed things. Location is perfect, just behind Dubai Mall. U just need to cross, enter a building infront of Dunya Tower, take two escalater, you will reach China town, I mean u already in Dubai Mall, so easy, just perfect. There the security are good and friendly. Getting so many help with Ibrahim, he always responds at ur call anytime and always ready to help. He is so attentive and helpful. Down we have two supermarkets, restaurants and even beauty saloon, hair cut salon and so on.

Perfect location, bad staff treatment

Only the location

No cleaning tools and equipment at all! We ask them to bring it but no one responds for that! Also during the check out we asked him to give us 1 hour as we had some problems in the transportation but they refused! I didn’t like the staff treatment at all. Only the location is perfect otherwise is bad

Great value, difficult location to find near the mall and no receptionist.

The place was good value for the amenities and all. I like how there is a welcome box (no note to mention it’s free to open).

Location was difficult to find for the taxi. No map about where in the huge location of the mall the apartment was located. Maybe a staff can drive around also and direct with directions as a guide for tourists. There is no reception. The security guard didn’t speak English well either who welcomed us.

I think the host should prepare detegent for washing machine and dish washer, also some salt, peper and oil in the kitchen. Every day I have to ask for tissues. if you dont provide many tissues for 3 day stay, pls hang it on the door daily, asking for tissues some time make us feel we are brothering you daily

We had an excellent stay at Heaven Crest Vacation Homes Downtown. The location is unbeatable, just a short minute walk to Dubai Mall, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. The 3 bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. A special thanks to Osama, who was incredibly helpful and made our checkout process smooth and hassle free. His professionalism and friendly attitude really added to the positive experience.

It's almost like heaven at Heaven Crest

-proce is reasonable -very close to The Address, there's a convenience store nearby, accessible -staff were responsive and accommodating, we appreciate that! -place is neat, clean, complete amenities -wifi strong, smart tv a plus -

AC in the living room was fixed at 24degrees, it was a bit warm. The smallest room's AC wasn't that cold either.

A wonderful stay in Dubai

This is a beautiful place to stay when in Dubai. Within walking distance of Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Two minutes walk across into the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The security staff on site is friendly. Excellent communication from the staff with clear direction provided. Will most definitely stay here again when next in Dubai.

Great location host but the apartment did not match the pictures.

The location was perfect and the host was very responsive and helpful.

The room we got was not the one we chosen and did not match the pictures and the furniture was a lot older. The single room did not have any cabinets where you can put your cloths. At least the host was very responsive and assisted us very fast about any issues - we had less towels, malfunctioning terrace door etc. Another downside for us was that it didn’t have coffee machine.

Die Zahlungen wurden nicht über booking.com abgewickelt. Der Gastgeber wollte das wir über booking.com stornieren, damit die Gebühren nicht anfallen- die wir aber bezahlen mussten. Der Preis hat sich dann von ursprünglichen 7.700,00€ auf 8.350€ erhöht. Da wir bei booking nicht stornieren wollten, da uns alles etwas eigenartig vorkam, hat es der Gastgeber storniert. Er hat die Überweisung i.H.v. 24.000,00 AED auch heute, 14 Tage nach Überweisung, nicht zurückerstattet. Die Bezahlung mussten wir, zu der Überweisung, vor Ort in voller Höhe (33.426,00 AED) in Bar vornehmen. Dazu kam jeden Tag ein Mitarbeiter und setzte uns unter Druck, bis wir letztendlich alles noch einmal bezahlt hatten. Aktuell versuche ich über meine Bank die Überweisung zurückzurufen, was sich als etwas schwierig gestaltet. Ich weiß nicht, ob wir die knapp 6.000,00€ zurückerhalten werden. Ich kann nur warnen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn auch aufgrund der Baustellen etwas laut. Aber ich empfehle in keinem Fall etwas an das Unternehmen überweisen, am besten nur Bargeldzahlungen. Hier aber aufpassen, eine Quittung habe ich über die Zahlungen, trotz mehrerer Anfragen nicht erhalten. Lediglich ein Foto mit den Geldscheinen und der Summe per WhatsApp. Alles etwas eigenartig. Die Problematik der Zahlungen vor Ort hatten auch andere Gäste, sodass es sich auch nicht um eine Ausnahme handelte.
