The building and the apartment were clean and enjoyable. Too far from Metro.

The reception required us to pay SR500 deposit which was not mentioned to us during the booking process. First time for me in Dubai.

Overall, still a great stay, especially if you’re okay using taxis or private transport.

The unit is excellent—clean, modern, and fully equipped. It truly feels like a complete Airbnb where everything you need is already provided, from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings. The space is well-maintained and thoughtfully set up, which made the stay very convenient and comfortable.

The only downside is the location. While the building itself is nice, it’s not very commuter-friendly. Getting around without a car can be challenging, and ride-hailing pickup points aren’t always convenient.

Location was fantastic and had private underground parking.

The carpet and sofa were worn out and extremely dirty, makes you not want to sit on it. And the tiled floors had stains of the dirty mop that was used to mop the floor.

Not as luxurious as advertised

I was disappointed with my stay at Samaya Hotel Apartments, Dubai, especially considering it is advertised as a luxury serviced apartment. The Wi-Fi coverage was inadequate, with no signal at all in the master bedroom, which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable for a property of this standard. For a supposedly high-end serviced apartment, there was no coffee or espresso machine, which is a basic amenity one would reasonably expect. The lighting in the apartment was poorly designed. There were no bedside lamps or side lights, leaving only harsh ceiling spotlights or complete darkness, making nighttime use and reading uncomfortable. The apartment also did not match the description on the website. The living room was advertised as having a sofa bed, but on arrival it was just a regular L-shaped sofa that could not be converted into a bed, which was misleading. Additionally, when I used the washing machine, it flooded the corridor, which was both inconvenient and concerning. On the second night, I was disturbed by banging noises on the window, which turned out to be an unsecured cable repeatedly hitting the window due to the wind. Soundproofing was very poor, and I could clearly hear noises from the neighboring apartment. Finally, exiting the parking lot forces you into a single direction directly onto the highway, adding at least 15 extra minutes to any journey, which was very frustrating and impractical. Overall, the stay fell far below expectations, with multiple maintenance issues, misleading information, and a lack of basic comfort. It did not justify the price or the “luxury” label.

Conformity, nice and quiet ❤️

Everything were great, the apartment was very nice and clean, I booked the double room with my family for 7 days and even I needed to extend one more day through the property directly and done very smoothly and kept the same apartment. Gym was great I used it everyday and also the swimming pool 👏 Loved the place and will visit again enshallah 🙏 Big thanks to Mr. Mahmoud for the continuous responses and support

Super Service & Top quality experience

The whole experience was top notch from the time we arrived till we exited the next day. The place was so comfy & homely. Very clean, great amenities, very comfortable & rooms were very good in size. Yasmin was in constant touch with us & made sure our stay was exceptional. AC cooling could have been better but everything else was so good that AC not cooling at its best didnt bother so much. We asked for an extension for an hour & Yasmin didnt hesitate a second to fulfill our request. Really super happy with the whole experience. Ample of parking was also available & very easy excess in & out. Well done SAMAYA Team

Excellent place, honest works and great service.

Best place to stay in dubai, very clean and tidy with nice views and comfortable beds the rooms in general are excellent. Plus the workers are very honest especially Yasmeen she was very helpful and honest with us we left valuable things electronic devices and jewelry but we didn’t notice until she called us to inform us about the things she kept them safe till we took them she also kept making sure that we got them back.

Worst stay in Dubai

Location

We were promised a 3 bedroom apartment, instead 1 room had a damaged AC , 2nd room had a hedious toilet smell from plumbing, 3rd room with no hot water in the toilet. We spent our stay with workers coming in and out each morning with no solution. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone ... Their staff didn't help, booking didn't reply!

W apartamencie było bardzo zimno 18 stopni , niestety nikt z obsługi nam nie umiał pomóc żeby nagrzać apartament , klimatyzacja działała tylko na ochłodzenie . Pobyt nasz był niekomfortowy , bo marzliśmy w apartamencie. Kuchnia słabo wyposażona. Przy recepcji nie ma miejsca zeby bezpiecznie przechować bagaż
