The central location made key sites like the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, etc, easy and made it easy to shop even close to midnight. The apartment was very clean and would love to stay there on my next visit.

Location
No one was there to hand over the keys and show us around after sending them msg from airport and also telling them exact time of my arrival. We were seven people and they jsut gave us 4 towels. One blanket was short for the person who had to sleep on sofa bed. After reminding them they sent towels the next day but no blanket. instead they sent bedsheets. No soaps in any wash basin no tissue paper. No one picked up the phone, only replied on whatsapp.
All faucets of wash basin and kitchen were loose. Apart from location nothing was great after paying such a hefty price for 6 days.
