位置優越，靜中帶旺，步行1分鐘到巴士站，3分鐘到地鐵站，前往博多或。天神都非常方便。
整體清潔，但結構比較單薄，一樓住宿，但晚上若二樓住客有活動，一樓明顯聽到腳步聲感到震動。廚房用具比較簡陋，沒有刀具，亦沒有剪刀，只有一個平底鍋。我買了一套刀叉，用後存放於住宿內，讓下次旅居者可以使用。

The check in procedure with electronic pad was not v friendly. Bathroom door was hard to open, but shower and drying space worked well. No tea towel, knife or scissors for kitchen
