1. ​The space is perfect for a group of about 6 to 7 people. (Although the beds upstairs can technically accommodate 10 people, the common area on the first floor is relatively small, so it would feel very cramped if it were fully occupied by 10 guests.) 2. ​Having a washing machine with detergent provided was super convenient. The washer also has a drying function; for clothes that couldn't be tumble-dried, we hung them in the bathroom and turned on the ventilation dryer—they were completely dry by the next morning. 3. ​They provide high chairs and kids' tableware, making it extremely family-friendly. 4. ​The place is clean and tidy. 5. ​Once the check-in registration is complete, you'll receive a message around 12:00 PM on your check-in day with the smart lock code. It's very convenient not having to carry keys around. 1. 空間足夠6-7人左右的團體 (雖然二樓的床鋪能容納10人，但一樓公共空間比較小，住滿10人會很擠) 2. 配有洗衣機洗衣精很方便，洗衣機有烘衣功能，不能烘的衣物也可掛在浴室開乾燥，一個晚上就乾了 3. 提供兒童椅跟兒童餐具，非常親子友善 4. 乾淨整潔 5. 入住登記資料完成後，入住當天中午12：00左右會收到旅館訊息告知電子鎖密碼，出門不用帶鑰匙很方便

1. ​One month before our trip, friends traveling with us had to cancel due to a family emergency. The hotel refused to grant a free cancellation. While they were legally within their rights, it just felt really cold and heartless. ​To make matters worse, the property is self-check-in, meaning we couldn't get the door code until everyone was registered. The check-in link the hotel provided was still locked to the original head count. When I asked if they could change it to the actual number of guests staying, they claimed it was linked to the booking platform and that they couldn't modify it on their end; I had to contact the booking platform's customer service to change the guest count. ​After going through a mountain of hassle to finally get the guest count updated on the platform (and the room rate stayed exactly the same, by the way!), the hotel's check-in guest count still didn't change! It wasn't synced with the booking platform at all! In the end, the hotel staff casually told us to just fill out the extra slots with duplicate information?! Then what on earth was the point of making me jump through hoops to change the guest count in the first place?! ​Long story short, the hotel's customer service is incredibly unprofessional, completely unhelpful, and they straight-up misled us. Their customer service quality seriously needs a major upgrade. 2. ​Since we stayed for a whole week, not having any extra trash bags provided was a hassle, and we ended up having to prepare our own later on. The number of towels provided was also a bit lacking. 1. 出發前一個月同行友人因家人有狀況不得不取消行程，旅館方沒有通融免費取消訂單，按照規定沒有錯，就是覺得沒有人情味而已；但因為房源是自助入住，需要完成全員登記後才能順利拿到入住密碼，旅館客服提供的登記連結包含原本取消行程的總人數，詢問是否可以修改成實際入住人數，他們說這與訂單人數連動，必須要修改訂單人數才行，而且他們不能改訂單人數，要聯絡訂房平台客服改。就在我們費盡千辛萬苦改好訂單人數(而且房價完全一樣)後，旅館提供的登記入住表單人數還是沒有變，完全沒有跟訂單人數連動！最後旅館客服說多出來的人數我們用重複的資料登記就好了？！那到底叫我改人數改來改去幹嘛啊？！總之，旅館客服相當不專業也沒有辦法提供實質的幫助，甚至還誤導消費者，真的需要改善客戶服務品質 2. 一週的住宿沒有提供多餘替換的垃圾袋所以到後來我們還要自己另外準備，毛巾數量也略顯不夠

두번째 이용인데 너무 좋았어요 집 냄새도 나무냄새 나고 너무 만족했습니다 바로 옆집에도 이용했었는데 여기가 더 좋아요! 화이트 인테리어가 정말 깔끔해요 굳굳

청소가 조금 미흡한것 같아요.
