    A few minutes walk fr hakata station, if you booked some tours it is also around 15 minutes away from the common meet up points. With nearby family mart and 7eleven. Good for children, with washing machine and dryer. Just maybe need additional space to put things/clothes

    Ummaned means No receiptionist. Only can check-in exactly at 3pm through a tablet & follow the instructions show on screen. Someone will still called you for verification, the provides you the room number & passcode. FYI, Cannot park luggage there. No chairs or sofa to sit. Require to pay 200yen per pax per night on the spot. Room size is ok. Fully utilised the space once you open your luggage. Netflix YouTube available. Washing & dryer machine available. Flat road. Walk around 10min. Passby many convenience stores like 7-Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson. When you going back to Hakata, recommend to take West 6 exit. There is escalator but not elevator. Overall is worth the price. Is clean too.

    If you enjoy having clean clothes to wear, this is the place to book! Only issue is you've to pay for parking at the nearby public parking lot, and it's really far to drag one's luggage from the train station to the hotel. The check in was tedious as we needed to key in 1 occupant's details per room. It was interesting however to experience a video call with the staff virtually in order to complete the check in and obtain the Passcode for each room and the hotel entrance.

    This is nothing but a room with beds. No amenities provided except for a clothes washing machine and dryer. No tableware or cutlery or cleaning items. Very basic. Also there are annoying “reminder” signs all over the unit - it makes you feel like you’re in a prison with rules posted everywhere. It’s just not a client friendly atmosphere at all. Also, there’s not even one chair in the downstairs lobby to sit while waiting.
