We had a wonderful stay in Fukuoka and would highly recommend this place.
The check-in and check-out process was completely hassle-free, with no staff interaction required, making everything very convenient. We stayed in Room 101 on the ground floor, which was especially convenient for carrying luggage and coming and going.
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, providing a peaceful environment after a day of exploring the city. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The only suggestion we have is that the mattresses and pillows could be a little softer, as they were quite firm for our preference.
The location is excellent. It is just two bus stops from Hakata Station or about a 17-minute walk, and approximately a 20-minute walk to Ichiran Headquarters. There is also a FamilyMart just a few steps away, and the area is surrounded by local restaurants. There’s even a yakitori restaurant right outside the building.
Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and made our trip to Fukuoka even more memorable. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and convenient stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We couldn’t check in until 3pm and our ferry arrived in the port for 8.30am. The staff here suggested locker storage and even told us the bus to catch to make our journey easier after a night ferry. With two small children this was so helpful. The accommodation was quiet and clean. The room was perfect for a family of four for three nights. The area is perfect. We walked to local parks, the station easily and the stores were so close too. I loved it here. Wish I’d have stayed longer.

We stayed here and loved everything. The place is near to Canal City Mall and very convenient. Lots of konbinis nearby and the area is peaceful too.

7살 딸아이 데리고 뚜벅이 여행을 했습니다 시설 청결 다 좋은데 위치가 아주 조금 아쉽습니다.
하카타역에서 걷는거는 그냥 걸을만합니다.. 버스도 생각보단 편리한 위치였어요 그러나 여행내내 많이 걸을텐데 숙소까지 가는게 또하나의 일로 다가옵니다. 걷는다면 발이 상당히 힘들 수 있습니다 걷는거 자신있는분들에게는 싸고 좋은 숙소입니다
