公寓式飯店內的配置應有盡有，702的挑高樓中樓房型很棒，還有移動隔間分隔出兩個小房間，裝潢很有巧思，將原本就不小的空間又再放大，是這幾年住過舒適度最好的公寓酒店。

We chose this place for our last night in Fukuoka mainly because of its convenient location. It is very close to Hakata Station, only about a 5-minute walk away, and the check-in process was also easy. The room even has a gas stove, which is useful if you want to cook.
The main issue was the smell and humidity. There was a strange musty smell from the moment we entered the building and picked up the key on the first floor. The room itself was also extremely humid, and even with the air conditioner running in dehumidifying mode, it was still uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep.
