全自動洗濯機が使えて、とても助かりました。
洗濯機の上に物を置いていたが、洗濯機の上に衝立て等がなかったので、洗濯機の裏に物を落としてしまいました。
落としても取れなかった。
上階の人の足音は結構聞こえます。

綺麗でした。ロフトベットは子供たちも大喜び。値段も前々日に取りましたが、破格でした！
博多駅にも近く、立地も最高です、
道が狭く、探すのが大変だった。

2段ベットがあり子供たちが喜んでいました。
ティッシュや歯ブラシ、シャンプー、ボディソープなど必要最低限は揃えてあるので安心でした。
洗濯は使用しませんでしたが、洗剤もあり洗濯機自体も綺麗でした。
チェックインの際テレビ電話をスタッフさんとしましたが、丁寧で好印象を持てる方でした。
チェックアウトの際はこちらからテレビ電話をしましたが、この時もスタッフさんも丁寧で好印象でした。
チェックインがタブレットからでしたが、家族全員分一人一人詳細と顔写真を撮るのでなかなかチェックインが終わらず大変でした。
2段ベットの下のベットがやたら凹むな〜とマットレスをあげてみてみたら割れていて焦りましたが、他にもベットはあったのでそこでは就寝せずに枕や布団だけ使用させてもらいました。部屋のタブレットからテレビ電話が出来たので朝を待ってご報告しました。
