Presence Hakata

I liked everything about it was clean small but with enough space for 2 love the set up and you can close the bed area from the living room if your partner wanted to sleep and not be bothered loved I was able to watch English movies with paying extra and had really good selection was in a need tk relax after a long day out .

I didn't like that I had to throw away the trash after my stay. It didn't say where I can throw away the trash so that I don't get charged I took it with me thank goodness I had a car. Everyone has their preferences but I didn't like the bed it was a little firm and stiff. I wish it was softer especially since I have pain in my side hip wasn't helping. There was already a stain on the sofa but it is not a big deal with me but I just wanted to address that. There's no parking but there are plenty of parking spots across the hotel The check in was a little confusing but once you do it on the link and have your QR it was fine once you complete that you don't need your QR to get to your room just read the email for the instructions.

Separate bidet toilet & bathtub bathroom. Bathroom with heater for drying clothes.

Space very narrow. Sofa bed with dirty stain. Not enough space to setup the sofa bed.
