入住手續方便，地點也好。與屋主連絡方便。另洗脫烘一體的洗衣機很好用。
房間空間略小。

ロケーションが、良かった。バス、JR駅など、近くて、便利でした。
床の汚れが、取れてない。洗濯機の糸くず、フィルターなどが、詰まっていて、最初は、使用できなかった。
エアコンの風の上下向きの調整が、壊れていて、不便でした。
玄関ドアが、風圧で、開きにくかった。窓を少し開けて、調整しました。吸気がホールにないので、空気の流通がないせいでしょう。ベッドの位置が、反対がいいと思います。TVが、見にくい。外に出られない。

駅から少し歩きましたが、コンビニやスーパーが近くにあり便利でした！
入った瞬間床が埃・髪の毛まみれで、掃除からスタートした宿泊でした。
パジャマ/バスローブやアメニティはありません（歯ブラシはありました！）
ダブルベット+ソファベットという構成だったので、3,4人泊まる時用に掛け布団があと2枚あるとうれしいなと思います。
あとトイレのレバーがグラグラでした
