Tatami mats to sleep, Japanese style accomodation. Good location, not far from public transport connections, but also quiet.

Unmanned...the whole thing feels impersonal. They obviously do it this way to make more money (so they don't have to pay someone to be on-site). I am starting to be fed-up with all these unmanned AirBnBs, etc... What happens if there is an issue in the building? Instructions for check-in only in Japanese (yes, I can use Google Translate, but come on...) Also, no table to eat, despite having a microwave oven. Strict check-out time at 10 (again, because it's unmanned everything feels robotic), no possibility to store the luggage before check-in or after check-out. Very little natural light, due to being surrounded by taller buildings.

A very relaxing small house maintained to a high standard. It was the perfect size for one person, with a tatami sleeping area and downstairs space. Includes a fridge, microwave and kettle and is close to a Lawson. Well served by bus from Hakata bus station. The bathroom was modern with a very refreshing rainfall shower. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit is terraced with other small houses, so you may hear some noises from your neighbours.
