    Super roomy, big bed, separated toilet and bathroom, just the curtain is not very good, lights can still shine through, also the light from the intercom is too bright, I wasn’t able to fall asleep until 3am.

    convenient location: it is between 2 metro stations and is closer to Gofuku (around 4 mins walk). It is great to have a Sunny supermarket at Gofuku station. Check-in is pretty easy even there is no staff onsite. The premise is not too busy during our stay. Hence, we didnt wait long time for lift. The two doube-bed room is spacious and enough for small families. It will be tight for four adults even the toilet and bathroom are separate. We love the fully-equipped kitchen corner because we can prepare fruits (melon) and some quick bite. Bed is comfy for our liking. However, we dont like the pillows. We also found the aircon a bit noisy, but it is still acceptable.

    I know the name says hotel wa hakata that's one of the reasons i booked it. I didn't want to stay in an airbnb this time. This "hotel" does not have a receptionist at all. Need to check-in thru an ipad. No cleaning or changing of towels during your stay. If you need to throw your trash away, no extra trashbag is provided. You need to do so yourself. The aircon was really dirty when we got there (unusable with the amount of dust) I complained it and they said they'll have someone clean but will be unable to clean the inner part. We opted not to have it cleaned anymore and just opened the balcony door. I was disappointed because I was expecting hotel services.
