    All staff were good, their service were so nice and kind. Breakfast was good. The place was not far from public transportation. We can take the amenities that we need near reception, and can borrow the pajamas. Comfortable hotel

    If you're planning a trip to Fukuoka, look no further, this hotel truly delivers on every front. The location is unbeatable, putting you close to a few metro stops making it wasy to get everywhere the city has to offer. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived , genuinely warm, attentive, and always happy to help with recommendations or requests. The amenities were impressive and generously provided, adding real comfort to the stay. And the cleanliness? Spotless throughout exactly what you want when traveling. Overall, this is the kind of hotel that makes a trip. I wouldn't hesitate to book again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Fukuoka.

    Hotel was good but not the best. Quite small (typical in a Japanese hotel) but a bit better compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. Cleanliness was an issue for us. The headboard of the bed was full of dust. This has triggered my allergy. The laundry is only located in one floor (6th) which is confusing as the label on the elevator says (2nd and 6th). During our stay, the machine dryer is out of working order. Hence we could not wash our clothes as hotel bathroom is not equipped with dryer. Overall rating 5/10
