I paid a higher price compared to other hotels in the area. Aside from the convenient location near the city center, the other services were terrible. - The room was very small and lacked soundproofing, it was very noisy. - Although I stayed for 2 nights, they provided only 1 small bottle of water, there was a charge for any additional bottles. - Housekeeping services were not provided daily, unlike at other hotels. You need to stay above 5 nights, so housekeeping will be provided LOL - I booked a rate that included breakfast, but the meal wasn't served at inside the hotel. Instead, it was arranged through a cafe shop near Hakata station. I had no choice regarding the food (it was limited to just bread and coffee) and you have to pay more if would choice others. Btw, the coffee shop was located quite far from the hotel. This was my worst experience and I will never return!

Was hesitant at first due to old reviews. But I guess they already improved a lot, no daily housekeeping but the essentials were provided. The room is small but we were able to sleep comfortably.
