    The staff was really nice they helped me a lot with everything i had to do and even exceeded my expectation, the room was clean and everything was good and there is always a good mood also the whole staff speaks english which is also a great advantage. I recommend 100%!

    The kyoto millenials was amazing and this one was terrible. - very hot stuffy room - loose fitting bed sheets was so uncomfortable - matress spring digging into my ribs - dirty capsule nothing other than sheets are cleaned - there were 0 westerners here for my 3 nights couldnt speak to anyone as i dont speak korean/japanese - free beer was half foam and not good beer - extend 1 more night (saturday night) was ***!!! Unbelievable. And they dont clean the bed unless you stay a week, for this price its a bad joke Kyoto millenials had none of these problems. I had such high expectations after staying there, I would deffinetly not come back
