    Stayed here for 9 nights. Basic hotel, conveniently located near subway, well trained staff. Breakfast was alright, basic too. One thing that stands out is the staff, well trained and flexible.

    Other than having a decent laundry facilities, the rest are quite forgetful.. WiFi just keep dropping, have to resort to mobile data… The staff are friendly though.

    우선 지도로 보는 호텔의 위치와 달리 여행객의 접근성은 굉장히 우수합니다. 공항 철도를 타고 텐진역에서 내려 지하도를 따라 16번 출구까지 이동하면 아크로 후쿠오카의 에스컬레이터, 또는 엘레베이터를 통해 계단 이용없이 바로 호텔로 접근이 가능합니다. 직원도 친절하고 후쿠오카의 호텔들에 비하면 룸도 넓고 대부분 괜찮습니다. 다만 호텔이 오래 돼 전반적으로 호텔에서 꿉꿉한 냄새가 나며 에어컨디셔너나 공기 공조 시스템 관련된 부분의 노후화가 상당히 아쉽습니다. 창문의 기밀성이 떨어지는 문제인지 에어컨을 18도로 틀었음에도 불구하고 방의 온도가 거의 전혀 떨어지지 않는 부분. 에어컨과 화장실 벤트에 가득한 먼지는 상당히 불만족에 가까웠습니다. 호텔 내부의 기물의 노후화는 호텔 준공 이후의 시간에 흐름에 따른 결과물이라 크게 신경 쓰지 않았으나, 공기 벤트홀의 먼지 관리는 좀 필요 한 것 같습니다.

    I cannot recommend this hotel. The room was outdated and the climate control was poor, leaving us hot all night and requiring an extra fan. We were also plagued by cigarette smoke drifting through the central air vents from neighboring rooms. To make matters worse, the fridge was broken and did not cool our items at all. It was clear that the room had not been properly checked or maintained before our arrival.
