The location is perfect . Everything I need is close by . Even the car rental company

Nothing . Tho the table and chair placement is a little strange as there isn’t enough space . The room would be much better if they could remove the single bed and place the table and chair in that space . As the property have a kitchen , naturally it would be good if the guests have a place to sit down and eat

Comfortable and clean environment. Provide everything you need during the stay. The room is spacious. Will be back next time.

This neighbourhood is a bit far from station

Very clean, location is also a positive (near city center)

Small bed, did not sleep much as a result of this, but also due to the bed firmness, soft pillow and relatively high temperature in the room (also compared to outside temperatures). The airco worked and was effective in cooling down, but is too close to the bed leading to feeling a draft while trying to sleep. Much of this is personal preference, as I am aware of. Still it affected my personal experience as is reflected in the overall review. Check in and check out times are very rigid and are there to serve the business alone. Communication is done solely via the Booking app and in Japanese. All in all, there is a limited feel of 'service' to you as a customer.
