    This is our 3rd time staying in this hotel. We were happy with the 2 previous stays. This time we were given rooms with the bed facing directly towards the door. This is a very awkward and uncomfortable arrangement. We have never seen such layout in any hotel and we believe majority of guests will say no to this. There used to be white wine in dispenser like bottles and real coffee machines in the lobby for guests to try freely. Now wine is in a small bottle in an ice bucket and coffee is in a hot water bottle. What a downgrade !
