清潔感があった。周囲が静か。 お風呂場の浴室乾燥機が壊れていて、連絡するとすぐに宿泊施設まで業者の方がきてくれた。修理は現時点で難しいとの回答で4泊の宿泊で洗濯物が乾かせないことが困り、別の施設への移動を提案してくれた。子供がいたため移動は大変なのでそのままこちらを利用させてもらうことになったが利用したコインランドリーの代金を返金という形で対応してくださった。トラブルはあったがスタッフの方の誠実さと迅速な対応がありとてもありがたかったです。

お風呂のカビが多く、気になりました。 トイレの匂いが気になりました。

2階が広くてファミリーには良かったです。
髪の毛がところどころで落ちていて、掃除が行き届いてないのかなと残念でした。
