Compared with hotels at the same price in nearby areas, the place is worthy. We got bigger room than hotels in nearby areas at the same price. Clean, tidy room and some useful household facilities.
As the place is run unmanned, we had to keep the cleanliness by ourselves during the stay. But that’s fair enough for me.

マリンメッセまでの距離。ドラム式洗濯機完備。清潔感。スタッフのレスポンスの早さ。

Good location near the Hakata station. A konbini is just a block away.
Has a traditional style ofuro that you can soak in alter a long day and a fully equipped kitchen.
Hard to find. There should be better instructions on how to get there from the airport. Also, a picture of the neighborhood and the actual building would be nice. We stood in front of the building, not knowing if that was it.
Had difficulty opening the double locks on the front door. They should be replaced.
