While it doesn’t stand out from the outside, it’s a real pearl inside - well designed, well maintained, and super clean - we loved it!
And staff was super friendly and helpful when it came to getting a forgotten item back to us - they really went the extra mile there.
It could have been made clearer from the listing, that this is not an actual hotel but a standalone flat (but maybe I just didn’t read carefully enough)

Location was good for conference centre and getting to shops and bars. Didn't realise had a projector till last day! Spacious and felt cool and high end. Comfy beds and everything worked. Area felt space.
Few businesses around that could be a bit noisy and smelly but wasn't really a problem for us. If full of 9 people the single toilet could become an issue.

Clean and tidy apartment with sufficient living space for 5 or more person. Convenient location with nearest train station within a 10 minutes walk.
Long flight of stairs leading to the second storey apartment which is not quite elderly friendly. Also, there is an ongoing construction activities beside the apartment and noises or movements (vibrations) arises from the construction activities can be heard and felt as early as 8:00 a.m. during the weekday mornings.
