Casa pulita e ben arredata
La casa era bella, nuova, ben arredata. Cucina molto fornita, bagno nuovo, biancheria ben fornita e pulita. Utile la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice (piacevole trovare anche già i prodotti per la pulizia).
La burocrazia è un pò macchinosa, spiacevole trovare la lista degli importi da pagare in caso di danni. Una rottura di un bicchiere è un evento che può capitare casualmente e minacciare una richiesta di risarcimento è esagerato. Bisogna stare attenti a non usare troppi elettrodomestici in contamporanea per evitare di far saltare il contatore

Aangenaam verblijf en goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding!
Het appartement was erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie was prima, dichtbij het Comomeer en de steden in de omgeving. Ook waren 2 van de 3 ruimtes voorzien van airconditioning, wat erg aangenaam is gedurende het zomerseizoen.
Omdat het appartement zich in een gebouw met (boven-)buren bevindt, werden wij regelmatig vroeg wakker door geluiden uit het trappenhuis. Ook de bovenburen maakten regelmatig tot midden in de nacht geluid. Daarnaast was het appartement gebrekkig wat betreft de afwerking. Zo zaten de deurklinken los, waren de keukenkastjes scheef gemonteerd en zat de toiletbril los. Wel werd meteen door de eigenaresse aangeboden om dit te komen oplossen.
