Everything was OK. The apartment is in the centre of Lecco in a very quiet street.

Self catering. Good storage and facilities. Great for easy walk to lake and station.

A microwave would have been handy but no space in kitchen area for it.

Good location and space for 2 people.

The check in instructions were not clear and no instructions on how to turn on a/c. It was boiling when we got there. It wasn’t really a big problem once I sorted it out and asked the neighbors for help. My train was delayed and I got there an hour later than I told them I’d arrive so it wasn’t their fault. They are very responsive when not sleeping! lol!

Great location, friendly host

We stayed in an apartment on the third floor. Very spacious and quiet. It had a full size fridge, aircondtioning and a washing machine. Fully equipped with all you need for self catering. Great location easy walk to train station and ferry.

Didn’t worry us but there is no lift. Could use a toaster.

An unexpected find in Lecco.

We took this place because things fell through with our stay in Varenna. I'm so glad they did fall through because Lecco was awesome. Less crowds, beautiful setting (make sure you get the cable car up the mountain). If you want to go to Varenna, Como, etc, it is easy via the ferry, but then you get to escape the busy areas when you come home. There is a great deli in just up the street that have ready made meals and they are easy to prepare in the apartment. Great value place and much better value than Varenna. Hosts were super nice and accommodating. Thank you for your hospitality. Great location as well in Lecco. Right in the heart.

Perfect

Lovely appartament with everything we needed, even with a washing machine and washing liquid, clothes drying rack, an iron, ironing board hairdryer and fully equipped kitchen! Very comfortable beds. Heating for colder nights and also air-conditioning for summer. Located in a nice quiet location, very close to everything. And lovely hosts. They let us to check-in earlier and leave our luggage after check out. And also recommended things to do in Lecco and the area and places to eat. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is excellent, very central, and convenient. The hosts were incredibly welcoming.

The rooms were quite damp, with some mold in the bathroom, and the Wi-Fi barely worked in the bedroom. It would have been nice to have some source of heat on the property — working radiators, a towel warmer, or a dehumidifier would have made a big difference.

Amazing apartments in Lecco!

Basically everything was perfect. The check-in was smooth, the apartment was spacious (bigger than expected), the location is amazing - just around the corner from the main square. The kitchen was well equipped, with the moka pot to make coffee and also some spices and oils. We would definitely book again!

Very spaciuos and clean. 2 minutes walk from the lake. 5 minutes from Train station. About 10 minutes from Conad food shop and Bennet shopping centre. The bed was massive.

Amazing location! The apartment had a very nice view of the mountains and the old bell tower. Very posh bathroom. Nice apartment with comfy beds.

The dishes in the kitchen could have been better washed, as they were still greasy from past use.

There is no parking, and in the season it is difficult to find a parking lot, the staff does not know how to explain about the parking lots in the area, you have to arrange it yourself. The address that appears in booking is incorrect. There is no staff to consult with regarding trips, restaurants and activities

Everything was good for our short stay. However there are construction works going on, and they started in the morning and it became a bit noisy.

I don'r recommend this place for a long-stay.

Perfect location for those looking for a quiet place on a lake. Lots of restaurants and stores are nearby. The town is clean and modern. Parking is 5 min walk from the apartment. It won't take more than 10 min to get to the railway station.

Extremely poor and unhelpful management. Lots of excuses and not of a real help. First of all, it's really cold in the apartment. We were surprised to learn upon arrival that as per local regulation, the heating can be provided only within 13h a day specifying that no heating can be delivered between 11 pm to 5 am. The highest temperature as per Lecco's municipality can be 20.5 degrees with minimal 17 degrees. This led to high humidity inside the room which reached 84% at some point! The bed linen and the clothes in the wardrobe were getting wet. On top of that, water started to appear on the floor and the walls (photos attached). The answer from the management was that they can do nothing with this but offered an extra bed cover, which they haven't delivered. They also claimed they would raise the temperature during the night but they didn't. If I would know this from the beginning, I would never take my pregnant wife and kid to stay there. When booking the apartment be prepared that you will need to purchase all necessary staff such as toilet paper, and trash bags. Only one toilet paper and one trash bag has been provided upon arrival even though we booked an apartment for two weeks. A/C is in the apartment but a remote is not provided during winter as the management claims it only works for cooling the air, not heating. If you wish to have a bed set changed, you will need to pay extra. If you wish to have a towel changed, you will need to pay extra. Finally, if you wish the apartment to be cleaned, you will have to pay extra. Seems that management doesn't take into consideration your stay duration but the value they can get out of it.
