Eine sehr ansprechende Wohnung. Die Lage war sensationell. Mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig. Blick auf den See. Besser geht nicht!

Top floor with amazing views of mountains and lake como. Well maintained and stocked kitchen. Spacious. Easy access to all Lecco areas by foot, the train station, bus routes, ferry routes. The recommended cafes restaurants and apero places sent by the owners were very helpful and we went to several places. Carrefour supermarket is 5 min away. There are two gelato shops just down the road and yummy. There was 1 portable air-conditioning that we used for the children room. Clean facilities. Washing machine with delay timer... Safe neighborhood.
No air-conditioning in second bedroom. We had to sleep with fans... So in this july-aug sweltering heat we couldn't even relax in the apartment. Fans don't help. The afternoon sun bakes the rooftop apartment. The salon window shutters don't work so too much sun inside and thus heat. The bathroom towel hanger need to be fixed, its loose. Checking out time at 10:00. Its too early.

Huoneistossa ei ilmoituksesta huolimatta ollut ilmastointia, vain laite, joka puhalsi edestä kylmää ja takaa kuuman ilman takaisin huoneeseen.
Myös mainitut hygieniatuotteet puuttuivat.

Die Lage
Die Wohnung ist um Hochsommer nicht zu empfehlen, keine Abdunkelung und nur Ventilator vorhanden. Viel zu heiss…Handtücher sehr abgenutzt mit Farbflecken. Bei der Ankunft erwartet man wenigstens eine kalte Flasche Wasser im Kühlschrank. Keine Kaffeekapseln für den ersten Morgen danach vorhanden. Muss man daran sofort nach Ankunft einzukaufen.
